I was happy and pleased with them. They were the ones who found out that I had carbon monoxide because I had been doing terrible. When I considered what was going on, I found out that it was definitely carbon monoxide. The other gentleman I had called in didn’t even care I had carbon monoxide and his price was on the same lines, but I decided to go with him, because he was the first. I have a consumer electric program where if any consumer’s appliance breaks down, they send someone out and I had been very happy with that program, but now I am not. They were the ones, who came out first, and I also did get a second quote and there was a difference of just $10, and I asked him if he had noticed any carbon monoxide when he checked out and he said he hadn’t, and I was standing with the guy who had already found out. I had to have my furnace replaced as I was getting carbon monoxide poison in, which I didn’t know. My furnace was also very old and they replaced it the next day; it was in the middle of the winter, so I would say they were pretty good. They replaced my furnace and all the duct work that was old and deteriorated in to the roof. Believe me this was the problem I was doing terrible, as I was much better as soon as it was replaced, and it’s better that it didn’t end up killing me. I was very pleased. They were staffed and they got this done on the next day. It’s been fine and I have had no trouble with it.
