Excellent communication. Provided good explanation of the cleaning process. Was willing to add on rooms we did not include when he gave us a quote. Carpets look great, and we are hopeful the musty smell from a door left open during heavy rain is gone for good after the treatment recommended.

Quality of service was awful they left a mess i had to dry and clean the wood floors myself. They also missed spots on my furniture. I Would not recommend this company to a friend or colleague.

Communication with this professional is straightforward and honest. Matt does a great job and is not shy about doing a little extra here and there. Cannot recommend Floor2Ceiling ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!

They were able to fit us in ahead of schedule. Very friendly, prompt and communicative. Originally we were quoted $50 but were charged $99 for an 8x12 area rug and, unfortunately they were unable to remove the urine and pet odor, despite virtually guaranteeing just that.

the carpet was matted from wear. We spilled a huge cup of coffee and we had smoke damage from the wood stove. Matt explained the results to expect with honesty. The first thing they did . .was the stains and offered me a gift to keep when then next cup falls. The end results were no more stains. They grey smoke damage was erased. The fabric, once again was brought back texture. Bonus was the clean fresh aroma.

This is by far the most excellent service I have ever had. My carpets are old but now look new. Matthew is so professional and goes above and beyond what is needed. I highly recommend this company.

This is a great company

We were blown away! This company uses non-toxic cleaning supplies that smelled great and, more importantly, were more effective than any harsh chemical cleaners we've ever used! The home we purchased had a lot of dog urine in one carpeted room that we thought was beyond saving. Not only did the urine stains/odor come clean, the carpet was completely dry within a few short hours! The deep brush cleaning removed pet hair that regular suction just couldn't get and stains that I never thought would come out were completely removed! I highly recommend this company!!
