 + -1 moreHe was on time and did a good job on the front porch replacement. However, regarding the garage floor - water accumulated following rains. He promised to come back and take care of the problem. We sent several emails and phoned many times, however he never responded to either phone calls or emails. The problem remains. Also, he improperly reinstalled one of the posts on the side of the garage and we fixed that problem to the best of our ability. Would not recommend him to anyone. Not a good business person.
