Called them at 3pm on Friday, Charles came to my house at 8am on Saturday. He diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, fixed the problem, and guaranteed his work. If the chimney cap leaks in the future he will apply what I paid to the next repair. He and his helper were at my house for 20 minutes. Polite and professional.

Excellent; Charles showed up on time for the estimate, want about examining the damage carefully but quickly, told me of a cheaper vs. A permanent way to replace the cap. I never saw him again, but he kept me informed about the progress of the fabrication of the cap and installed it without any issue. Very professional.

EXCELLENT! Best chimney was unbelievably responsive. They came out the same day we asked for an estimate, a Wednesday and were able to complete the 2-day job by the end of the day on Friday. They were careful to show us exactly what our problems were and why their repair would fix it. Not only was the wood rotting around our chimney, but we had water leaking into the basement from the holes in the wood. Everything we were told by Best Chimney matched what our roofer and another handyman told us. The finished job looks great. This is the first time in years our chimney has looked like new.

The first day, they set up scaffolding and protective boards to cover widows, decking and lawn. They then removed the brick. When all the brick was removed, they cleaned and removed all bricks, debris, etc. The second day they brought the replacement brick and re-bricked the chimney. The contractor had found a brick that was a very good match for our original brick. Due to excessive heat they were not able to finish until the following morning. The job was completed promptly and we are pleased by the appearance of the work. The clean up was complete. They had taken precautions during the job to protect our roof, windows, deck and lawn. The workers were competent and courteous, and our property was left in excellent condition. We are confident that the water leakage condition that caused this situation is solved.

Everyone I talked to and worked with on the chimney and porch projects were respectful, polite, kind and considerate. They were prompt in responding to my phone call and put a priority on the work due to the condition of the chimney. Arlo Slade was a very conscientious and careful worker with an excellent work ethic and I would high recommend his services to anyone needing brickwork repair. I believe the pricing of the work was reasonable and the company offers a 10% Senior Discount. Best Chimney have been in business 43 years and are licensed, have insurance and Workman's Comp. coverage for their workers, and are members of the BBB.

BEST CHIMNEY CAME TO OUR HOME IN A VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL FASHION. THEY TORE OFF OUR OLD WOODEN SHAKES AND REPLACED PARTS OF OUR ROOF AROUND OUR CHIMNEY. THEY ALSO PUT UP ALL NEW GUTTERS AND REPLACED BRICKS IN OUR CHIMNEY AFTER THE TORNADO.

THEY WERE A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO ME. THEY EXPLAINED THAT THE CRACK WAS SMALL ENOUGH FOR ME TO FIX ON MY OWN (SO THEY WOULD NOT HAVE TO CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR THE REPAIR).

THEY SHOWED UP TO REPAIR MY CHIMNEY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE VERY GOOD WORKERS AND STAYED ON TASK THE WHOLE TIME. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE CHIMNEY.

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY CAME ON TIME AND DID REAL EXCELLENT WORK. THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS AWESOME. THEY CLEANED UP ALL OF THE BROKEN BRICKS AND NOW MY CHIMNEY LOOKS LIKE NEW AGAIN.
