Stevensville Electric

Stevensville electric has poor customer service. Failed to complete their Kitchen remodel electrical trim out in Feb 2021 despite receiving full payment from contractor. We asked them to complete job and was told it would cost extra money to return to complete the job they were paid in full. We don't recommend this company.

We contacted him several times over the next month and he always said he would get to it and quot;in a couple weeks,and quot; and quot;next weekand quot; etc but he never could schedule a specific day to come do the work. We have since hired another electrician. We had other companies that were straight forward and said they were not interested in doing that specific work, so did not waste our time.

Their quote was reasonable and much lower than two others that we received. The work was completed according to our scheduling needs, the workmen (Chris and Nick) were prompt, professional, courteous and did an excellent job. We have recommended the company to neighbors and would definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience with them. It started with an initial visit from the owner of Stevensville Electric, Jon, to discuss a lengthy list of requests and to get some ideas on how to improve the lighting and electrical safety of our house. On the first work day, Jon came with and introduced the 2 men that would be working at my house that day, showed them everything we had previously discussed, and they got to work. They were professional, polite, and friendly. They had good ideas and suggestions when I asked them questions about our lighting. They were flexible to accommodate some after-the-fact requests. They were also of considerate of my 18 month old child and were mindful of his nap schedule. Awesome!! The canister lights have updated our living room, illuminated our shower, and have made me like our house more. The under cabinet lighting allows me to cook more efficiently and safely. The smoke and CO detectors give me peace of mind and the new I outlets are so convenient. Finally, the white replaced outlets and switches have given our house a face lift! All 3.5 days they were here (which was the originally estimated work time), they were punctual and worked hard. We had a problem with an outlet that had been replaced (trying to put a modern GFI outlet into a box from the 70s- didn't quite fit) so they came out the same day and corrected the problem free of charge and replaced a smoke detector that had beeped one night and quot;just to make sureand quot;. :) I couldn't have asked for a better company with people displaying such skill, professionalism, kindness, and work ethic. Thank you Stevensville Electric! Especially Jon, Chris, Nick, and Steve!!

Jon called ahead to ensure we would be available. Jon and Adam arrived early, did a thorough job, and cleaned up afterwards.The estimate was comparable with that of other contractors. Both were professional and efficient. They estimated we would be without power for about 8 Hrs, but work was complete and power was restored within about 6 Hrs.

Well, He responded quickly, performed some basic work. Did not take the opportunity to more work than was needed.

They were very effecient and did a nice job. The company was very pleasant to work with. They did just what they said they would do and were very dependable. We have no complaints, and everything works well. They are very professional.
