...just one part of my letters to Better Business Bureau:
The last time when they (Right Way Home Service) called ?for the umpteenth time? to ask what exactly is my problem (although subconsciously I knew that my complaint at BBB was making them problems and that they want to erase it from the internet), neither they came when they said that they will, nor they called to reschedule with any kind of explanation... just one more lie in the series of lies from the same company.
Even now as well as previous (probably) 50 times, I?m trying to give them detailed information about the issues and not only that. I have sent at least ten pictures and can?t even count how many times have they made appointments to follow up on my complaint, promises that someone will come over to fix my siding. I?ve even fell for their promises and twice I?ve stayed home at the scheduled time just to make sure that they will finish everything as they should. This is one of ?those? big fraudulent companies that promises ?stars from the sky? just to take your money. They charged me almost $14,000.00, promised a lifetime warranty in writing and what not? but all that was over as soon as they took the money. Workers that worked on my siding, I?ve never seen them again. First time they sent someone to fix the issue (April 2014), he was the one that was supposedly going to fix everything. Believe it or not, it took him month and a half and the result was catastrophic. That same ?professional? took out the window frame and half the siding from one side, at the end he said that he doesn?t have the proper tools and that the work wasn?t done properly from the beginning. After many complaints about his unfinished work, one day while me and my wife were at work he mounted everything back in one afternoon (all that which he couldn?t finish in month and a half) and left an eyesore on that side of the house. I?ve never even made complain about the window frames, they were just fine at the beginning. Today one of those window frames (after his ?professional? visit) is full with gaps at the corners and no silicon was put on it. This winter a piece is missing from one part of the siding, I?ve tried to contact them few times since January, but except empty promises I?ve never received anything from them.
They even laughed at me with an explanation that the filed complaint with BBB doesn?t mean anything to them.
After 1 year they sent the same guy again that replaced the fallen part during the winter, he left without even talking to us and without checking all the other issues that are still going on.
YOU DEFINITELY DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF COMANY, ALL THE WORK WILL REMAIN UNDONE.
THEY WILL PROMISE YOU EVERYTHING THAT YOU WANT TO HEAR UNTIL THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!

"We have since been out to the home to do a complete service. All issues have been resolved and, our customer is now completely satisfied. We take pride in customer satisfaction here at Right Way Home Service."
The doors came in right on time and the work began to install them. Yet, there were many, many problems getting these storm doors installed correctly; and it took some serious time to resolve those problems, well over two months.
Still, in the end, Right Way home services corrected any problems and adjusted the price to a more reasonable cost. My storm doors are very sturdy and they look beautiful.

Bottom-line: we have saved 30%
on heating and cooling bills (around $50/month) ever since the new
roof. Upstairs in the house stays cool in the summer now and AC runs
less.
I would use them again if I had a need for their type of services.
We have pictures of everything that was mentioned here and the boss did come our to confirmed the problems.
