It's a shame the work was done very well and a good clean up job. I was well pleased until it rained, then I discovered a leak where they installed an exhaust for my bathroom fan (after the roof was completed). It was called for on the contract to be installed which should have been done before the roof was put on. I was able to contact Noah, the president, and told him of the problem and assured me it would be taken care of. After a few days I called again and was able to talk to a man called Chris, who agreeded with me what should be done, as remove the shingles around the vent then seal the problem spot and replace the shingles. Then remove and replace the new insulation that has been soaked from the leak. For the past couple of weeks I have been trying to find out when they were planning nt on doing the work AND all I get is a voice mail that is full and can not take any more messages. The only one I was able to talk to was the salesman who said he would contact the president, Noah. Since then his voice mail can't take any messages (how convienient). As I said in the beginning the work was done very well BUT how would anyone want to do business with an outfit like that. I'm sorry I did and advise anyone else not to use them.

Even now as well as previous (probably) 50 times, I?m trying to give them detailed information about the issues and not only that. I have sent at least ten pictures and can?t even count how many times have they made appointments to follow up on my complaint, promises that someone will come over to fix my siding. I?ve even fell for their promises and twice I?ve stayed home at the scheduled time just to make sure that they will finish everything as they should. This is one of ?those? big fraudulent companies that promises ?stars from the sky? just to take your money. They charged me almost $14,000.00, promised a lifetime warranty in writing and what not? but all that was over as soon as they took the money. Workers that worked on my siding, I?ve never seen them again. First time they sent someone to fix the issue (April 2014), he was the one that was supposedly going to fix everything. Believe it or not, it took him month and a half and the result was catastrophic. That same ?professional? took out the window frame and half the siding from one side, at the end he said that he doesn?t have the proper tools and that the work wasn?t done properly from the beginning. After many complaints about his unfinished work, one day while me and my wife were at work he mounted everything back in one afternoon (all that which he couldn?t finish in month and a half) and left an eyesore on that side of the house. I?ve never even made complain about the window frames, they were just fine at the beginning. Today one of those window frames (after his ?professional? visit) is full with gaps at the corners and no silicon was put on it. This winter a piece is missing from one part of the siding, I?ve tried to contact them few times since January, but except empty promises I?ve never received anything from them. They even laughed at me with an explanation that the filed complaint with BBB doesn?t mean anything to them. After 1 year they sent the same guy again that replaced the fallen part during the winter, he left without even talking to us and without checking all the other issues that are still going on. YOU DEFINITELY DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF COMANY, ALL THE WORK WILL REMAIN UNDONE. THEY WILL PROMISE YOU EVERYTHING THAT YOU WANT TO HEAR UNTIL THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!

This was the worst experience with a contractor in our life. From start to finished they were not true to their word. They were only responsive when it was time to get paid. We started this process in the fall of 2014. They came out twice to do measurements with promises to start the next week. They finally contacted me the first week of February stating that they wanted to put the roof on. I told them I would have to talk with my husband when it would be a good day and I was concern that the weather was too cold. I was told that they would call the next day. Well two days later, they called and said that they would come out around 8:00 am the next day and discuss our concern because the weather would not have any effect on putting the roof on. I told him that based on our information, the weather should be at least 40 degrees so that it is warm enough for the shingles to seal. I was told that the weather had nothing to do with putting the roof on, the concern was more for the workers being in inclement weather. Well the next day my husband and I waited until 9:30am and no one came. When I came back home three hours later, a crew of men had started taking my roof off and no one was there to discuss anything with me or understand what I was talking about. At approximately 1pm, the work stop and the men left. i called the company to find out what was going on and was told that the WEATHER was the reason they stop. They left my property a mess. Trash was thrown all over the lawn and around the house from front, side and back yard and the dumpster was in front of the house. This was like that for a week and half. This was only to be a one day job. I called severaly times and nobody responded. Finally, on 2/1715, Noah Mercurio called and said they would be out the next day and finish and again I express my concern about the weather because it was only going to be high of 18 degrees the next day. He stated it should be no problem and they have to keep the workers working and i had a life time warranty. They did come out the next two days to finshed the work and Noah came out and apologized for the way things were handled and offered a dinner for two on them. I was not there when the work was completed they called me constantly wanting me to sign the loan documents in which I did. I told Noah that I had questions about the vents on the house he said they were there and would take picture and send to me. Later that same day I received a letter from the city citing a code violation because a building permit was not pulled. I immediately call Noah and was told that we were responible for getting the permit and it was in the contract. I told him even if we were responsible for getting it which was not discussed, he should have asked for it before they started the work. He said ok and that he would go to the city and get the permit. I have not heard from them after several calls and now the company is not taking calls. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

The installation of the siding was great, looks good, the installer was very nice and professional. The problem is with the management, since Sept. I have called almost weekly to inquire about when the shutters would be installed and keep getting an answer of next week or two weeks. That has been 4 months of wasted time because no one ever calls me back. The last time I called I left a message and I'm still waiting hear back. So do yourself a favor if your looking for home services and don't use Right Way Home Services.

This is my second review. I have been dealing with this company since January 2014. They came push down on my ceiling from the attic and give every kind of excuse , lie It is just UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!! Called and wrote to Channel 7 in Detroit about them. So far STILL getting the run a round!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to start paying the bill next year. ? They tell me to do this and that and give me any excuse for the dented ceiling. ????? I do not know how cold it is gonna be but right now in Oct. 21 2014 It can be chilly in that room. I hate paying for something that does not work, I hate paying for my ceiling getting fixed or do it myself because I have a bad back and broken foot and I hate being lied to over and over. DO NOT GET THEM.

Insulation - 1st experience. Estimator came to quote attic insulation in a suit...yes a suit. He took one look at the attic and wanted to talk numbers, no measurements taken. He asked when my wife would be home so he could give us a quote. Refused to give me a quote without her present. I told him to leave. Siding - 2nd experience. I told sales guy I lived alone so I could get a quote without the wife present. It took 3 hours to get the guy out of my house. Absolutely refused to take no for an answer and got an attitude when I made him leave. wanted to write me up for siding and have me cancel within 3 days. How ridiculous. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Will never earn my business.

We met with this company at the Novi Home and Garden Show back in March. We scheduled an appointment for the following weekend. During the week, we received a call from them stating we'd need to reschedule because they were getting a new product line and wouldn't be able to provide a proper consultation. We rescheduled the appointment for 2 weeks out (estimating here). We waited all morning for them to arrive for the 2nd appointment, but no one showed up. There was no phone call or follow up from any of their representatives, so we called them about 2 hours after the scheduled appointment time. They were apologetic and promised to have someone available later that day. We decided it wasn't worth our time, so we cancelled. Since then, we've received 2 phone calls soliciting business. I've asked to be removed from their list each time.

They like to get your money. The room was still COLD !!!! The mess ouside was cleaned up few months later and I had to give the guy a bag broom and sweeper for him to pick up HE DID NOT BRING ANYTHING !!! He picked up some. Said he would be back ??.??????? I called several times several times I would get I am not in the office I will call you when get back or no return calls. Then called the people who I have to pay the loan to. They "Rightway" came out and fixed my broken siding then went up to my attic and they guy stepped on my ceiling and caved that in too. He also said he would have someone come out and thermo test my house but it has never happen as this date of May 10, 2014 I would call this company "WRONGWAY" so far I am almost afraid to have them come to my house. And then you never see a truck , they pull up in a Cadilac with the name of the company on their T-shirts. Do Not get this company.

They came out during the COLD. Put the blown in insulation quickly. Insulation did not work very well as I still had to use space heater and electric heating blanket to stay warm. Even people who would came over needed a blanket. I tried to clean up mess that was left 2 or 3 weeks ago but cleaning the mess up hurt my bad back. I called them SEVERAL times and was told "I will call you back" or " I will leave a message for him." Of course I received the bill for it but the mess was not cleaned up. Some of the siding was broken too. Finally after several calls on 3/25/14 and calling the credit company who I paid a payment to already, someone came out and made a good attempt to clean up the mess with tools I provided to the guy. He did not even bring anything to clean it up with. He told me he was going to come out next week to fix siding??. I am not going to hold my breath on that one. Right now I would say NO do not get them. Not worth the money as I was still cold anyway plus the mess and the unanswered phone calls.

Had my insulation done in Saint Clair Shores, MI. Very polite and clean workers. Price was right, and sales man was not pushy. I recommend them.

They were at our home for three and a half hours. They don't give up.

When we met with a Right Way Home Services sales agent, this was the first contractor we?d met with about replacing our storm doors. My husband wanted to go with this company, and, because he rarely makes a decision about anything, I decided to go along with that decision. But, I soon discovered their price was 1 ½ times the bid of other companies, which mae this a costly home improvement. The doors came in right on time and the work began to install them. Yet, there were many, many problems getting these storm doors installed correctly; and it took some serious time to resolve those problems, well over two months. Still, in the end, Right Way home services corrected any problems and adjusted the price to a more reasonable cost. My storm doors are very sturdy and they look beautiful.

Quote for attic insulation more than double other vendor quotes. Quote for window not honored. Sales rep called when the window was due to be installed to say they could not do a triple pane v groove window BUT would add an extra coating of UV reflective coating on a double pane window instead. No price change changing from triple to double pane, but there certainly was a price difference when we were choosing between double or triple. We called the window manufacturer they use in Ohio to question this double coating and cost discrepancies. The manufacturer said it is not possible to apply a double coating of UV reflective coating. They did concur that they would not do a v groove on a triple pane window. We cancelled the window but, still tried to send some business their way by applying the window deposit for foam insulation on one wall. They quote the entire wall including the window areas as square footage for foam. Other vendors do not include the window areas as square footage. We discovered the video they use for the foam demo was downloaded from online. We contacted the manufacturer of the foam and the video to confirm that Right Way is a sanctioned vendor of the foam before going any further. The foam manufacturer returned our emails after investigating their vendors and confirmed that Right Way IS a licensed representative of their foam. We were not trying to jerk anyone around. Unfortunately, the price kept changing and they required more for a minimum job than we were comfortable giving to them considering the uncertainty and mixed information we were getting. I contacted the owner and explained that we were going conclude our business relationship for our project(s) with Right Way at this time, but wished them continued success. I regretfully requested a full refund of our deposit. Noah was extremely professional and we had our full refund within few days. The is home sales rep and Noah were extremely professional. Our project did not work out, but I would not discourage others from exploring quotes from Right Way.

Order was placed approx 10/14/12. Service started installation the day after Christmas with replacing Windows during snowstorm. Told all service would be done by November, end of. Never given phone calls on status of order. All work done throughout the winter, exposing interior to several cold windy days. Sliding door not working correctly, had a rattle and very hard to open and close and I was told by the manufacturers rep that came to my house that it was normal. Being worse than my original 12 year old door, the owner, Noah, ended up replacing it after many tears on my part. Front door came with the wrong casing color due to improper salesman ordering (and he got laid off so I had no one to back me). I had to trouble shoot all of my own orders, make sure they were correct, and call Noahs sidekick Dan that never relayed the info. Our screen door came in incorrect due to improper ordering. Gutters came out great. Stonework had different color grout, grout had to be restained to even the color. Amd in the process splashed stain on my porch concrete, discoloring it. The grout fell out a month later amd had to be drilled out and redone. Our aluminum trim over old wood had to be redone 4 times around the garage opening and sliding door bay. It looked horrible. By the last time, they finally sent out a real professional and out was done correctly. The new person reported the other man put the siding on so water could get in and there were mushrooms growing behind it. No joke. One of the 4 times the siding was fine, they dropped it on my new window screen and it had to be repaired. Our garden window has an unfinished wood bottom and trim even though I only bought it after the salesman checked that it came finished with a water right plastic sash because plants would actually be in our. It still sits bare wood because I have to hire another person to finish it and this window cost $2k. I notified Noah that the trim its still very dirty and needs to be wiped, the front door needs touch up stain because during installation it must have gotten nicked amd there are white spots in the wood look, and one of the Windows is missing a part. He had not followed up with me now for 2 months in any way shape or form. He insisted on payment in Feb before all the work was done. I did not want to pay until it was done. I was given, guilt, the riot act, and made to feel that I was in the wrong because I did not pay. Most work done on weekends which tied us up for almost a year because you have to home to let people in the house to do work. They would often show late in the day. None of the work was checked by right way and was hired out to different contractors by right way. Our yard was never cleaned up. For awhile we saved all the trash, shards of alumina, and long nails for "proof" but they're was no one to show. Not safe in the yard, and at the time or dog was still alive and I have a child . And her friends walking around. Noah has come out here twice, Dan once. I love the doors, I love the trim, the stone NOW. It took too long to get to this point, too much frustration, a lot of money, tears, and arguing between my husband and I because we documented the problems and had to email them to Noah. I will never hire them EVER. I wish I would have just hired them for one thing, like a door, and spot checked their service, responsiveness, and how ethical their business practices were. I hope that some innocent elderly person does not have to go through what we have and I have definately learned from this experience.

Rightway Home Services were really good. They came in and talked about the problem we were having in the house. It was what we actually need rather than saying this is going on. Our front room windows are very drafty and we were just going to get double paned windows. The salesman said that wouldn't solve the problem we were talking about. He offered us a triple pane and he's going to fix the siding on the outside of the house and he is going to redo the moulding on the inside of the house to make it look nicer. The price quote was good, he said they would match any company that we got additional quotes for. They gave us an estimate how long it will take to do the windows and to make the windows. They have a guarantee. They were very pleasant, and are able to work with our schedules. It required only a third of the money down and we can make payments so it was nice.

This job involved replacing all of the gutters on house and garage. As home owner, I did the prep work of installing new fascia, and Rightway Construction had a sub-contractor do the actual gutter installation. It was done very well and we are pleased with the results. My only complaint was that Rightway had several people involved in the communication path, so that each time I called I was talking to someone else who didn't necessarily have all the info from the previous conversation. it would have been bettter if they could have one key contact person follow the job from the initial contact until the job was done.

This was the strangest sales pitch I had ever seen. The salesman was very well rehersed. He quoted an outrageous price for a moderate product. But he went to bat for me and called his boss and got the price ,on the siding and wall insulation, down %20. This was a $5,000 reduction in the first 15 minutes. I had to say no more times than a pretty girl on prom night. Then there was another call to his boss with a delayed payment offer. I said that I had to think about it. Then the rep stood up and leaned into my face a yelled at me. 'How dare I refuse such a great deal after he went out on a ledge for me'. I thought it was rather amusing. I had never had a salesman bold enough to do that before. When he saw my smurk he sat back down and said that he wouldn't try the hard sell. He made another offer of delayed payments. I said I'll think about it. He said 'If you want me to leave just sign here'. I said that I was not going to buy anything or sign anything tonight. Gary said,'You won't be buying anything, just sign here to approve what I quoted you'. He then pointed the pen to the bottom of the purchase agreement. I didn't realize it then, but my wife was rather startled. After all, a strange man was screaming at her husband in her own kitchen! How many had he brow beaten or intimadated or tricked onto a sale? I have no idea of this company's workmanship or quality! I will never use this company nor will I have a stranger in my house where my wife and young children are present.

Appointment was made and they completed all work in one day, cleaned up after themselves, and when a small problem arose, a supervisor was on-site to figure out solution. Bottom-line: we have saved 30% on heating and cooling bills (around $50/month) ever since the new roof. Upstairs in the house stays cool in the summer now and AC runs less. I would use them again if I had a need for their type of services.

They came out and gave me an estimate of the services they were going to do on my home. They said it was going to be approximately a week. We ended up calling them several times. They then told us they would start our job the day after Christmas. They installed new windows, doors, stone work done around a bay window. We had aluminum trim put on over wood trim. We had new gutters done. Basically, I thought their communication was poor. They said that they were going to clean up. We had to clean everything up. They said that they would protect our landscaping which they didn't. The owner came out and didn't realize the inconvenience they caused us. We had to schedule around them. My husband and I worked full time. They put the trim up and the second day that he was working on it he put the wrong color up. The door wall arrived broken and was installed broken. Things were not done to specification. They wrote us a letter that they were going to do these certain things and they have not followed through. They haven't done any follow up phone calls to make things right.

A sales rep came to our home one day and spoke to my husband about home improvements, so my husband set up an appointment for him to come back and tell us both about new outer doors. We went thru the information with him, selected the doors we wanted and settled on the cost. There was a bit of time that passed before we heard back about the installation, but we weren't in any immediate hurry, so it wasn't a real problem. Once the installation appointment was set, the installer arrived as expected and we were happy with the finished job. Shortly after the installer left, we had a small problem, but when I called to notify our rep he sent someone out the same day to fix the problem. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

Roof went on ok .......but everything else was a mess. They did not try to protect our landscape and left the yard a mess. We had distoryed bushes and flowerers. Still picking up nails and found a box opener in my scrubs and then in the lawn piece of their staple gun. Old roofing is still being found. Then behind our shed.......saw that is was used as a restroom.. This put us over the top..we made arrangements to be here all day just in case something like this would come up and they needed to just our bathroom. If this company has this kind of problem they need to bring porta Potty with them. The whole experience was horrible. A tarp was put down in the yard for the roofing to fall in but the tarp was used for something else and killed the lawn because of the oil and gas on it. We hard to seed the yard and clean up the mess they did not do. Also had a dumpsters delivered for the roofing and it was not suppose to be steel so it would not destroy the blacktop driveway....needless to say now we have tire marks and a round circle hole where the hitch held it in place . So this is not a company we would not ever hire or refer to anyone. Also our vent on the roof was but bent ans was just left to excepted from us. Just pray we did not spend this money for a roof that will blow off or leak. This was a bad experience.....all the way around. They associates that are running the company were very nice but the name of the company Right Way needs some help with thier roofers We have pictures of everything that was mentioned here and the boss did come our to confirmed the problems.

They were quick and had their own employees. They were good and I would use them again in the future. We had problems and they came right back.

They are new gutters that keep leaves and trash out so that they are low maintenance. They did a really good job. They were very nice people, very pleasant and very professional. They just called today to check in with us and see how things are going.

The people were courteous and they took their time explaining things to me. They came back weeks after the job was done to make sure I was satisfied and if there was anything else I needed them to do. They were very clean.
