 + 3 moreBob brought us a detailed blueprint. Showing heat ducts, windows the placement of every 2x4 light switch and door. No details were left out. He is a very exacting worker. And measured everything exactly. Very professional and hard working. He cleaned up every day after each project. He was very helpful with suggestions of room layouts and functions. He was very pleasant and accommodating with our schedules.
Description of Work: Finishing our basement. All walls insulated and drywalled. Use of pressure treated lumber for sills. Insulation was R-11 and vapor barrier. Also interior walls insulated with R-11 to aid in sound absorption between neighboring condos. Walls finished and primed. 6 panel doors and 1,048 sq ft of drop ceiling. Can lighting and much more.
