Everything was done as I asked and to my satisfaction; approximate time was about 4 hours with a total of 3 ladies; they worked diligently and were all very courteous and respectful; a pleasure to have in my home. This was a treat for me since we were celebrating our 50th anniversary the next day and had many relatives from out of state coming to our home; I was proud to show off my home and was very confident on how it looked, clean and tidy, and I remained calm and collected to receive my guests the next day.

O.M.G. This is the cleanest our home has ever been, and I am including the day the new construction was done and the builder handed over the keys. Barb and team scrubbed every inch of our house, and cleaned things that I didn't even think were possible to get clean again (latex paint in our laundry sink - I tried 3 times and had given up!). The crew was professional and friendly, and took the time to make sure the job was done above and beyond. Thank you so much Barb - we are really looking forward to your team continuing to keep our home clean and fresh when our infant twins join our 2 year old in a few months (we are going to need all the help we can get!!).

I was scheduled to have a cleaning today and I just received a text from the owner stating they would no longer be cleaning for me...I had to make arrangements for someone to be in my home to let them in and when they weren't there at their normal time I contacted them and was told, "We can no longer be of service to you due to your feelings about our service in lack of communication" We are very busy and to move our schedule around to accomodate them coming only to be texted the day of is unaaceptable.

Barbara cleaned and sanitized my flood damaged basement. She swept, mopped and applied an antimicrobial solution to the floors and wall studs. She moved everything in her path and cleaned under it all then moved it back. She was kind, punctual, and a very hard worker. As an added bonus she was sweet and friendly to my dogs. I would not hesitate to use her again. In fact I've asked her to provide me a quite for regular house cleaning as well.

After years of service I had to give it up due to retirement. Over the past years B & R has provided excellent service to me by keeping my home in tip top shape. My housekeeper Ms. Star did an excellent job and often went above and beyond what was expected. She always notified me if she found any problem that needed my attention. After I had a remodel job completed she even offered to help me clean up the extra mess left behind. I cannot say how much these folks made my day. If I ever need any additional help with housekeeping I will certainly be hoping Barb, the owner and her staff are there for me. The owner is wonderful and understanding. The first gal I had was a very nice person and very good with my cats. When she left my new housekeeper has been outstanding. Miss Star makes me smile every Monday when I come home to my clean and fresh house. She is also friendly to my cats which is a great thing to me.

They seem to be quite thorough, and are nice people. They clean all the nooks and crannies, they aim to please. They're prompt and I would recommend them.

I'd like to commend Barbara and her crew on the meticulous cleaning of my home. They came in, listened to what I needed, got right to work and did an outstanding job. I even told my coworkers today about the wonderful cleaning crew I have found. They literally started from the top (ceiling) and went all the way down cleaning everything in and out of reach. I can't say enough about these gals. They really care about the work they do!

Barb and her team do great work! Barb came to my home to provide an estimate within a day or two of me contacting her. She was very professional and reassured me that her team she works with is very trustworthy. The first day I came home I was amazed. They covered every little detail...from the baseboards, to dusting the grooves in the back of our dining chairs, even the inside of the washing machine. She does tell you that the first cleaning is very detailed. The second cleaning was excellent, but not quite as detailed (they didn't clean the inside of the washing machine, etc.). But these are things I wasn't even expecting in the first place. She also followed up after the second cleaning to see if it was to my satisfaction. My house always looks and smells wonderful following a cleaning day. Her prices are very fair. I haven't had any incidents at all. I'm completely satisfied. If you want a clean home and want to feel comfortable letting a service in your house while you're gone....hire Barb.

B&R Cleaning, Barb Rodriguez was extremely prompt, courteous and efficient. She came to my home, reviewed my needs, and emailed me a very reasonable quote for services. I was very impressed with her. Crew of three detailed all needed rooms and were both professional and efficient. House looked exceptional!

I had used Barb's service for many months and was very happy with the service. Barb's initial thorough cleaning was exceptional. After Barb's initial cleaning, another girl came on a regular basis. She was very thorough, quick, and trustworthy. She cleaned my home in 4 hours every other week. This went on for many months. I was extremely happy with her service. Of course, I did not have contact with Barb, except for my bank sending her a check every two weeks. Then the girl did not work for Barb anymore. Barb contacted me, and told me some very personal information about the girl's health, which was not very professional. She then told me that she would be sending another girl to do the job. That girl showed up with another girl, which surprised me since Barb only mentioned one person coming. I was uneasy about the other girl. I did not know if Barb knew this girl, since she had not mentioned her. I could tell this unknown girl didn't know what she was doing, since the other girl kept telling her what to do. It turned out that the unknown girl was very nice and friendly, where the girl that Barb sent was kind of cold. I have a very friendly German Shepherd, who is a big baby. The unknown girl commented on how well-behaved he was and how she could tell he was a big baby. The girl that Barb sent, however, was afraid of him. I did not know how that was going to go, when I was not home, which I am usually not home. I just happen to be home that day. The girl that Barb sent was very cold and not friendly. The unknown girl was just the opposite. It took the two of them 3 hours + the girl that Barb sent stayed another hour. That is 7 hours worth of work. (The original girl did my home in 4 hours by herself.) Even though it took them 7 hours between the two, I was only charged for the 4 hours, which was the agreed upon price and time. However, I did not hear from Barb after that. I expected her to contact me to see how things went. Almost 2 weeks went by without a word. The girl was due to come back in two days. I was concerned, because I knew that she did not like my dog, so I contacted Barb. Barb told me that she not only did not like my dog, she did not like my smoking (in my own home) either. I wondered what Barb had planned to do to rectify this. I was very upset. Since she had no plan to rectify, I told Barb that this was not going to work out. I have not used her service since.

There were two single 20 somethings living in the house for the past year so we knew we would need professionals to clean before we put the house on the market. They were there for the entire day and did a wonderful job. Honestly, it was a good as I would have done in a quarter of the time. I would definitely have them back and was very happy with the results.

I recently purchased a home in Macomb Township and wanted to have the house thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom prior to occupying. Barb was able to get me scheduled at the last minute just prior to Labor Day weekend. The house was cleaned exceptionally well. It was a deep cleaning and I was very pleased with the results and the attention-to-detail of the work performed. I would recommend B&R Cleaning Services to others especially if you're looking for more than just a surface cleaning.

The price was very reasonable for the services performed. The quality was fantastic, beyond what we had been expecting. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Staff arrived on time and performed the work tasks in a reasonable time and the work was high quality.

Barb, the owner of the company, came out and quoted me the job for cleaning my home several weeks before I had her clean it. We arranged a convenient time for her to come out with one of her crew members and they spent the entire day cleaning my first floor, and part of my upstairs. Extremely through cleaners, they leave nothing, and I mean nothing left untouched by their cleaning tools. They come prepared with their own equipment, and will go over all of your cleaning preferences in advance. I paid exactly what was quoted me, and I was extremely pleased by the results. I am not in the position to have house cleaners on a regular basis, but if I was, I would not hesitate to hire them on. Very reliable.

I contacted this service because of a broken arm and wasn't able to do the work myself. The bathrooms sparkle and all other surfaces shine. Our cleaner, Judy, is pleasant and friendly. She gets right to work as soon as she's in the door. It's such a relief to not worry about how my home looks. I'm keeping the service even though my arm has healed because now I have more free time and besides- I hate cleaning the bathrooms! The owner, Barbara Rodriguez, came out to look everything over the day after I called her. She was prompt, courtious and professional in all aspects. The price was lower than I expected too considering the size of my home with four (4) bathrooms to clean.
