STRATEGY ONE COMPUTER SERVICE CENTER

We dropped off the computer on Friday morning letting them know this was a business computer and we needed it back ASAP. I called on Monday afternoon to find out status. They still had not gotten to the computer yet. On Tuesday, I called and they said nothing was wrong with the computer. I asked them to replace the part since I was not coming back. They did replace the part and the computer has had no issues. When we picked up the computer they did not return the power cord until I asked for it. If you need your computer back in a rush this is not the place to take it.

They did a very good job. They knew exactly what they were doing. The turnaround time was very quick. They explained things easily that I couldn’t understand regarding computers. They did a very good job. I was very happy with the overall service. The price was fair. I would use them in the future.

Staff was able to answer all questions. Highly recommend.

Took in for repair. Notifed that computer ready for pick-up and there would be no charge. Stated it was a simple fix and wouldn't feel comfortable charging for service. How many people would do thay? They are great!

My computer was repaired. I have had no problems since. They were knowledgeable and friendly. The problem was indentified quickly.

I was told upfront that there was a charge for checking out the computer, I believe the charge was $40. I was called promptly with an estimate, which I agreed to. My computer was fixed quickly and worked fine thereafter. I also used this company to put more memory in the same computer. I felt the pricing was fair and I received quality service. The gentlemen that waited on me when I picked up the tower even carried the tower out to my car.
