They came out on 05 September 2012 and started to work and I got a call from the owner David at around 3pm that they will be done around 4 pm so I left work and headed home and they did not finish until 7 pm and they had to come back the next day to finish, I trusted David and did not think twice about it.  The next day they came out in the morning and did not finish until 11:30 AM (but they did not really finish because they had to go to another job) .  They came back on the 18 September 2012 and he charged me again to complete the work.  I even got my neighbor to hire him to do her Lawn Sprinkler Install. 
Now day one 10 hours and 20 minutes and day 2 they started at 7:40 AM and finished at 11:30 AM.  So Imagine when I got the the bill I was shocked parts alone $1219.00 and labor at $1872.00 and he even charged me for the machine that the used in adding the new lines to upgrade my system total bill 2671.00 and he gave me a discount of only 121.00 after I complained but what was I supposed to do not pay it(I should have not paid it)Total 2550.00.
1-He never once mentioned to me that each person gets paid 80.00 or if their are two the charge is usd144.00 per hour
2-The use of the machine to add additional lines was extra.
3-That they had to come 2 weeks later to finish their work and being charged and additional 522.00( he charged me for the machine again because he did not have time to fix the leak the second day because they need to start a new job.
4-Their was no communication at all from David about these surprises.
5-They used all my old sprinkler heads from my old house which where all in working condition and he added a few others.
6-He did not have to change any of the valves because they were all in working condition.
The reason I have not posted this review before is that I filed the paperwork and I just changed cabinets and saw it and I got very upset and decided to write about this experience.  I was over charged for labor a total of $832.00 and $522.00 for the second service call to finish the job that they should have done on the second day.  I will never use them for even a service call or Winterization or start up ever again.  I paid an extra  $1354.00 for additional work and labor that should have been done correctly and at a reasonable price from the beginning or at least advise me of the cost as the day progresses.  I do not recommend anyone using this company unless you have everything in writing ahead of time. 

The appointment was kept for the original quote, and the work was done on the day it was supposed to be done. I did not realize that they did not accept credit cards and I called about winterization but I never got a call back and went with someone else.

They came out when they said they would. They did everything I asked them to do. They were good.

They are a great company. I have them back every year. They are reasonable as far as I am concerned. My lawn looks great. They are very good. I spent $69 for the last service. They are very nice. They will explain everything I want until I understand it. Sometimes setting of the little timers can be confusing. So, I also like to know exactly what they did. If I don't have the time to stand out while they are doing it, then I have them go back and explain it in front of me. They always take plenty of time to do that. They are very accommodating people. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
