Tara and her crew did a wonderful job. They were very professional and fast. They painted all of the first floor of my house which had a lot of trim, cupboards, etc. to paint around. They covered everything with plastic or tarps. They did two coats and the job was perfect. When they finished they reattached the strike plates, moved the furniture back in it's place and sweep the floor. I would highly recommend them. During their busy time Tara might have a hard time getting back to phone call requests for a bid because they are a small company but are well worth the wait.

Tara and her team did a great job! Tara was immediately responsive to my Internet inquiry for an estimate. She arrived promptly at the scheduled time for the estimate, and presented a reasonable bid. We are moving into a new house, so we were hoping to have the work performed as soon as possible after we took possession. Tara was able to start work on our project within 4 days of doing the estimate. Tara's team arrived on time on the scheduled day. They worked quickly and efficiently, finished the work ahead of schedule, and were at all times friendly and courteous. The finished product looks great! As mentioned above, they had to paint a significant amount of trim (white), which was set against some darker, contrasting colors. Under those conditions, any mistakes would be readily apparent, but their painting looked fantastic. We will happily use them again in the future for additional rooms in the house.

This was our second time using Speed Pro. We are very happy with them and would definitely use them again. We were having trouble deciding on colors for our living room and dining room projects and they were happy to give us a consultation and help us to select colors. The day of the job, three painters were here for about 6 hours to complete the two rooms. We are very happy with the result and our experiences with Speed Pro.

I had very limited experience with profession painters before hiring Speed Pro. But the interior of the house had gone too long without a new paint job. The old paint had cracked and peeled in many places, and as I require a power chair to move about my home the bottom of the door frames had sustained a great deal of damage. Earlier paint jobs had proven both shoddy and overly expensive, which led me to set my expectations pretty low. I took great pains to emphasize how important it was to me to have the surfaces properly prepared. As things turned out I needn't have worried. Tara obviously regarded the things I asked for as the sort of things to be expected of any professional. She's an energetic, highly experienced individual who leads a crack team. They appeared on time and worked without pause until the job was done. Imperfect surfaces were feathered, spackled, and sanded to remove blemishes and make them appear as smooth as possible. No tape was needed as they did everything free-hand, yet there were no blotches or signs of overpainting. Tara Aldrich and her team know their business and do it well. I highly recommend them.

This is the second time we have used Speed Pro painting. Our first experience was so good, that we used them again. From the initial phone call to get an estimate, to the final touch-ups they were extremely professional. Tara is a pleasure to work with and has high expectations for the work her company performs. She takes an active role in everything her crews do and will make every effort possible to ensure complete satisfaction of her clients. Excellent!! Professional all around - I was not sure what color I wanted, Tara took the time and was very patient in helping me find just the right color to go with my decor. They were prompt, timely with the work and cleaned up after. Would recommend to anyone and have!

Great work. Quick and thorough. Tara and her assistant were very conscientious. This is the second time we've used her and we would use her again if we needed more painting done.

I was really excited when I found an affordable painter... but you know what they say... You get what you pay for. From the very beginning of working with Speed Pro I knew something was off. I felt like Tara (the owner) was noticeably busy (distracted), stressed, and irritated during the majority of the project and it made for a very uncomfortable environment (I work from home and so I was at the house during the entire project). Early in on the job Tara confused the colors that we had agreed to and she tried to blame me for her mistake - even after one of her workers agreed that she had been the one to mess them up. Since completing the job - we have noticed a considerable amount of areas that were missed by Speed Pro. Overall I felt like the job performed was rushed and the attention to detail was lacking. One comment that Tara made to me when I pointed out an area that did not look professionally repaired, her comment to me was that "we dont do restoration". However on the website it speaks specifically to your ability and expertise at repairing all kinds of damage to drywall. When we did a final walk through and I pointed out areas or spots that had been completely missed her comment to me was "its not going to be perfect". I could not believe it - we were talking about OBVIOUS areas that had been missed, paint drips, etc. Finally, I noticed that in areas where the team did sanding and/or created dust...there is white discoloration on our brand new hardwood floors (near the main staircase and by the downstairs bathroom). Speed Pro's team member mentioned that it would come up after a few cleanings but I am still noticing the areas on our floors. I contacted Tara afterwords to tell her how disapointed we were - in which she blamed our lack of air conditioning, dog allergies, and the fact that we had multiple trades going on at once. She did agree to send someone back to our house but honestly after thinking about it for awhile I just did not want to have to deal with her attitude again. She was not an easy person to work with (especially if you dont let her bully you and rattle off excuses) and so we will be finding someone else to complete all of our painting needs.

Telephoned and then visited website for an estimate, as requested on the contractor's phone message. Left all info and received absolutely no response from this contractor. Feel that responding on a timely manner is essential ... no response within more than a week is just not good customer service.

Tara showed up on time to my home and was professional. But I never heard back from her on the quote! So I obviously went with someone else.

Painter was very punctual, very polite and did the job in exactly 8 hours. Job was meeting my expectations. Will use them again in the future.

Was more expensive than most for this work but was extremely responsive, professional and did an outstanding job. As a result have hired her to paint inside of house, and that quote was mid range of prices. But given the quality of work on the deck, am confident in her abili to exceed expectations

Work done quickly and neatly. Some areas that needed patching were missed but he returned to finish the work.

They were good. They were quick and nice. They did a good job. I hired them again.

Terrible! Tara Aldrich, the owner was very rude, unprofessional. She left some walls with only one coat of paint when there was suppose to be two. She got paint on my light fixtures and would not get it off, so she just left it. Their was a 2' sport above cabinets that she said she could not get to, so she just left it unpainted, but I was able to get it. Their was so much more but not enough room to put it.

I called and they to this day never responded.

They cleaned all areas thoroughly and went over all the areas they painted to ensure my satisfaction.

Tara responded to my inquiry quickly and came out over the weekend to provide a quote. The team showed up on time and worked throughout the day. The work took slightly longer than expected, but the end result was exactly as promised. They repaired cracks and other issues and made the rooms look fabulous. Next time I need painters, I would turn to them first.

Arrived on time to provide estimate; done professionally. Down payment system fantastic. Day of work; men arrived on time, went right to work, did an excellent jod (removal of wallpaper and painting oof the 2-story foyer. EXCELLENT all the way!!!

I have to say that I am very pleased with the service I received. Tara and her team were very professional, On time and provided an exceptional service. we just moved in to a new house and we needed many rooms in our house to be painted as quick as possible. It took three days to finish the work and it was more than what I would ask for! I will definitely call again for other services in the future!

I called Tara for an estimate - she showed up on time and had an estimate emailed to me within a day. I had an estimate from another painter on AL that came in much higher than Tara's and didn't provide a timeline for me. Tara's estimate was cheaper and had a timeline - so Speed Pro was the easy choice. We had to push the start day out by 1 day due to another job running over for Speed Pro, but that wasn't an issue for me. Tara and her team arrived on time the first day and they were able to finish the job in 2 days -- as quoted (even though one painter was sick on the first day, leaving the job with 2 painters vs the 3 originally planned). Everything turned out great. We had 1 hiccup with a paint color for my bathroom, but Tara was great about letting me choose a different color that day and was still able to get the job done by working a few extra hours that day. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the way my house looks and would definitely recommend Tara & her team to anyone looking to paint their home or office.

The final contract included two coats of paint on walls, and one coat of paint on trim. The painters applied 2 coats and informed the owners of this, we were never given the option to approve (or disapprove) of this. Nor did Tara at Speed Pro say their would be any additional cost for this service; The first time we had heard of this charge was when she submitted a revised invoice Friday (after the fact) for an additional $250.00. A co-owner of her's, Janet, has been threatening to take action to recover the additional cost for the second coat on the trim that they never told us they were going to charge us for. In addition, they rinsed their brushes in the shower drain.

Contacted this and two other painters for an estimate on painting several interior rooms, including hallways, stairwells, and ceilings, for a home I recently purchased. Tara contacted me right away and came out on a Saturday to perform a walk through and provided a quote the next day. They were able to complete the job with paint I had already purchased (was originally intending on doing all the work ourselves, but realized we'd never make our deadline!!!), including plaster and drywall repairs. They were fast, efficient, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. I'd definitely hire them again if I needed additional painting done.
