Outstanding result. Tara gave a detailed bid describing work to be done in each room, type of premium paint to be used, cost included repair of holes, nail pops, and drywall damage/imperfections. We received invaluable advice on the process, her team was professional, meticulous, cleaned up daily, and finished on schedule. Her work exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend her.

As in the past, everything went very well. Tara & her crew have & will continue to do work for us. they are always prompt, courteous, most of all professional. This is the third time we have used Speed Pro Painting Co. & they will be back soon to finish up a couple small areas...

Awesome! The entire process was very straightforward. Tara oversaw and was involved with the entire project herself, which gave me a lot of confidence. The team was always right on time and very professional. The work itself is outstanding! Clean lines, smooth rich finish, and no drops or splatters anywhere. They moved my furniture and put it all back, and cleaned everything up. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend this company.

Great job on the services received from start to end. 2 walls in my living room was skim coated before painting due to previous owners paneling. Walls were sanded and entire room got 2 coats of paint, doors painted and all woodwork in the room. Furniture was covered and blinds taken down prior to services. Blinds were re hung and everything was cleaned up and totally clean upon departure. I would recommend this company and would consider them again for additional services in the future.

Called Speed Pro painting company to get my master bathroom painted. Talked to Tara regarding the job. Everything from beginning to end went very well. Tara was not only professional she was also extremely polite and helpful. Tara explained everything that would take place and assured me that she would not leave until I was 100% happy with the job. A rare combination in today's fast paced world. I really appreciate that kind of service. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality and professional paint job. I wish ?hiring out? was always this pleasant. Start to finish, having what was a dumpy office/storage area transformed into a bright, desirable space was simple and straightforward. And most importantly, the results exceeded expectations. Tara, one of the owners, was extremely professional, offering color palette advice when asked while being completely focused on doing what I wanted (she?d probably have painted the room that horrible green if I pushed, but luckily I listened). I was concerned about the extensive damage done to one wall having had a sink ripped out plus soap and towel dispensers removed. She is a truly artful drywall repairer ? all damage invisible with a smooth wall in its place. It?s not surprising with a professional of this caliber, but worth noting that cleanup was 100% complete. I am a very happy customer.

We hired Speed Pro Painting to do a small project of staining (11) interior (new) window casings. The job was so well done, we had Tara & crew paint bedrooms, main bath, hallway & foyer. That also turned out great. Prices for everything was very reasonable. We are going to have Speed Pro paint the rest of the interior when we have completed remodeling. Excellent! The wallpaper had been up in some areas since the 70's & 80's - I was very worried how the paint would apply after wallpaper came down. They did an excellent job getting all wallpaper off and prepping walls for me to paint. Very punctual and quick getting job done. Highly Recommend.

Completed work on time as promised. Excellent quality work with complete cleanup. Returned the next day when called about some minor touchup. Would definitely use again.

******WARNING!******* Unlicensed Company!!! Only until the painter was 2 hours into the job was I informed that moldings, trim, and closets were NOT in included in the price of the two room painting, but it included the ceiling being painted but only one was done. Who doesn't include trim work and closets when painting a bedroom? I periodically would check on the painter but he left unannounced at the end of the day and I wasn't able to go over issues I had with paint on my wood floors and wood Pella windows. I contacted Tara the owner immediately (Friday) and she didn't bother to call me until Monday demanding payment. I told her we needed to go over the damages and poor quality but I was in the middle of moving my old residence and couldn't talk at the moment. She demanded I call her that night and when I didn't because it was too late by the time I got done moving and caring for my three young children, she then started threatening to send me into collections, charge me attorney costs, and sue me. I never once refused to pay, I said I would pay her less the cost of damages to my home. She kept lowering the price of the job but I told her I needed to get a quote for the damages first. She was demanding and rude, very disrespectful to me. I finally had to tell her to stop harassing me but she kept emailing and texting me, even having an alleged attorney try sending me a threatening email as well. I couldn't believe that a business owner would act so hostile and unprofessional so I started investigating her and LARA (the State of Michigan's licensing and regulatory affairs) informed me that while she is an licensed individual she is working under an under licensed company. She also did not disclose the EPA mandated Renovation Right pamphlet to obtain certification to work on homes built prior to 1978 which on her own website she admits she needs to legally begin any job. When I confronted her with this information, she accused me of being a scammer, saying I planned this all along. She's a crazy person, steer clear at all costs if you have high standards and no tolerance for drama. Tara Aldrich tried using threats and bullying to get her way. She picked the WRONG person to bully and that makes her livid. Her worker did a mediocre job at best and I ended up spending time and money fixing paint damage and doing repairs. She's lucky I don't sue her. Her intimidation may not have worked on me, but it may for others.

Very happy with results, this time, & when used previously on 11 interior window casings... Tara is very professional, look forward to using her company in the future.

We communicated about the bid by email. I sent her pictures of room and she quoted job from those pictures. Tara was receptive and responsive to all my email questions as I was selecting paint and making other decisions before paint day. Color change was major from a bright red to a soft gold. Team arrived on time. One painter did fabulous preparation of plaster walls, primed and painted room. The other removed primed and painted the shutters. Done is a day. Very professional conduct. Very professional results. We are thrilled!

Tried to get job started 2 months ago, but was hard to get any calls back. Finally got a call back, said I needed to put down deposit to get a job scheduled. Put down a $408 deposit and still didn't get a time scheduled. Finally after a month got them to come out. The owner Tara was extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time I contacted her she would ask if I had her money. She treated me as if I was untrustworthy and would not pay. After they did the painting, I noticed there were some spots that needed touching up. There was stain on the rail, which are white. They also took all the furniture off the deck and placed it in the yard. When they were done paining, they did not place the furniture back. When I called them, Tara said it wasn't her job to place furniture back. The furniture was preventing the association yard people from working on the yard and which I faced a possible fine for the obstruction. I them had to put 6 large flower pots back myself. I was hard for me to dd due to health reasons. There are no steps to the porch, so I had to place them on top on my ac unit, then put then on the porch. They finally came out and put some of the furniture back, but still left some on the yard. I had to take a love seat through my house by myself to get back on porch. She kept calling about her money. Told her to come over and get the check. When she showed up, it was in a beat up truck with no company id. She came in and was rude and unprofessional. I asked for a receipt for the work. She refused to give me a receipt. I had a copy of the estimate and she said she would sign that, but then refused to sign her name. She marked what looked like two u's and said that was how she leaves her name.When i asked her to resign it, she said to sue her if she didn't like it. It was a horrible situation. Beyond the most unprofessional and rude company I have ever used.

Could not have been happier with their service. The job was done above our expectations for a price lower than any of their competitors.

Fantastic experience! From the very start Tara was very professional. All the paperwork was available and every step was outlined and planned. Very easy to work with and they worked efficiently and cleanly. They were on time, and were very respectful of our home and furnishings. They did beautiful work, and help us out in some problem areas. Cleaned up everywhere before they left, including washing the floors! I would highly recommend them and use Speed Pro Painting again in an instant!

My daughter needed 70's wallpaper removed from her house so I found Speed Pro Painting & they did an amazing job. Tara & crew were always prompt, efficient & very neat. We were just going to do the hallways & staircase but it looked so good, we had them also do the kitchen and bath. They had no problem getting all the wallpaper off & painting the high ceiling in the stairway. The house looks brand new again! Also had them come back to do a bedroom & they were more than happy to fit us in their busy schedule. Will definitely use them for all our future painting needs.

Tara did the quote according to the pictures I sent with my phone. I thought this was very progressive since she could take a look at the job remotely and make a quote. She was punctual and we texted back and forth with questions. When her helper Cody arrived however, things started to fall apart. the pictures didn't show enough detail so this put Cody in a bad spot. I ended up running to Home Depot to buy some 3/8" drywall so Cody could do the taping and mudding. And chiseling the backsplash. Tara sent Cody with a hammer and chisel....it would have taken days to get all that thin set off of there! I let him borrow an air chisel to move things along. Glad I had the stuff and that Cody was willing to work with me. Tara on the other hand (whom I never actually met) wanted to re-quote the job and charge me for Cody's time taping and mudding. Furthermore, Tara did not want to send Cody back to sand the putty so it would be ready for paint as stated in the contract. Good thing I only put 30% down. Cody did a good job but I will not use Tara's services again.

Tara was great! Highly professional, very punctual, great with communication. She left my utility sink cleaner than what it was before she came!

Tara and the additional painter did a good job. They were incredibly fast. I was wary at first that two people would be able to get the large job done in one day like quoted, when I had been previously quoted by two other providers that it would take two days. They arrived early, and worked quickly to patch holes and to trim and roll the walls. In 5 hours they were done and packing up. If there's any complaint from my end it would be the drywall dust left on the trim, but to be honest, the trim was dirty when they got here so it was in need of a clean anyways. Glad they left the extra paint incase we ding the walls and need to touch up. Also I should note that I have a dog who tends to be anxious when service providers are in the house, she barks and doesn't settle down easily. Tara was great about giving her attention so she was able to relax while they worked.

Initial response was prompt with a fair estimate. Work begun and finished on time as promised. Tara returned promptly to touch up a couple of minor details. Cleanup was excellent. A good experience. Would use Speed Pro again.
