Iâ m very happy with my experience with this company and would absolutely hire them again. And I thank Jacob (sp?) for his patience with my kitten who was very interested in his work. Iâ ve got some spring time projects planned and will absolutely call them to work on them.

The tech did a great job.I thought the cost was too high.I had all the parts,and he was only there for a half hour.

We had a brownout but didn't know that's what it was. It ended up frying a few of our appliances. I contacted Lenny on a Sunday, and he was over about 2 hours later. He tested the voltage coming off the main power line to the house, tested the main circuit breaker and each individual circuit, and ruled out malfunctioning outlets with the now-blown appliances. Although ultimately there was nothing that he could actually do, I appreciated his quick response, his professionalism, and his diagnostic expertise. He did NOT charge us his higher weekend rate, instead only charging us his base weekday rate. I felt that for a lack of resolution the fee was a LITTLE high, but given that he is an *actual* Master Electrician and not a general handyman, and that he was so pleasant to work with, I'm not truly complaining about the fee - just... commenting on it. I will say that there's no question about his skill. He truly is an expert in his field. Next time I have a one-off electrical project that is beyond my skills, or another kind of electrical emergency, I *AM* calling Lenny.

The work was done fine, they were profesional. Things were clearly explained. The price was fair.

We experienced an electrical emergency at home on a early Sunday afternoon. a old light fixture ballast burned out and almost caused a fire. I went on Angie's List to find an Electrician thinking i would get a quote by that Monday. Lenny was reaching out to me almost immediately after I submitted my search request. We discussed our needs and talked through possible solutions and estimated cost. His Technician a little later than originally scheduled, but he was sure to text to let us know he was running a late. When he did arrive, he had on a mask and got the repair done very quickly and cleanly and was very professional. I would not hesitate to use them again. The cost was exactly what Lenny quoted.
