Description of Work: Won't return phone calls after agreeing to a date and not showing up. Pushes us off because other work came in. Told us they could do the job and when time came to do the job they weren't there. Had to get someone else to do the work or it would have waited through winter. Worthless.

Description of Work: The home we bought needed basement waterproofing. Walls leaked after winter melt and we live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan - a lot of snow! BSB was very busy after winter passed, many businesses and homes needed their services. When BSB was able to fit us in, they did an excellent job. The crew was efficient, friendly, and neat. Even having to bring in heavy equipment into our small yard, they were extremely careful, and nothing was harmed in the process. The work was completed promptly. |We are extremely happy with the work done by BSB Masonry.
