Peobody Restoration used high powered newer duct cleaning equipment were professional and did a extremely good job. I would hire them again.

When he called knowing me wanted some service, he was able to give us a straight quote of it. Since it was winter, we did not get this project done, but we are looking to get this done before fall hits, and looking forward to calling him back to get our vents cleaned up, and inspected.

It was real good

The time I saved by receiving a flat rate and by-passing a pre-inspection and quote prior to hiring Peabody's Restoration is priceless. I know their rate is competitive by counting anything in the floors, ceiling, and walls that remotely looked like a vent in my 1500 sq ft home built in 1941. My estimate prior to hiring them was 17 vents, but in reality my home has 19 vents. Two vents are hidden in my unfinished basement. After adding up the cost to clean a 19 vent air duct system (found on competitor websites and Home Advisor), including deodorizing/disinfection, and adding in dryer vent cleaning, Peabody's rate beat out the competition. Marquis, the owner, and his son are hard working, reliable, and did a great job. The difference in air quality, without an overpowering lemon scent is noticeable. I will be recommending them to friends and family throughout SE Michigan.
