Well, I had they appointment on 8-27-2013. They scheduled me to come out at around 1pm. Then I received a call from then telling me that they needed to push my appointment time back an hour because they needed to take care of something else because they were close by what they needed to take care of. I thought that was a little unprofessional, but I decided to go along with them anyway. So they showed up a little later than they told me maybe about 5 minutes later (no big deal). So when they got there they were completely professional. They showed me what was wrong with my sprinkler heads, and what I needed to buy to get them operating properly. The price was ok they charged me 160.00 to check my sprinkler system repair 3 gear drives and 1 mist head and 1/2 hr labor for 2 men which =1 hr. The guys were great that came out. My only complaint was that they schedule me for one time but then they had to push my scheduled time back an hour and I had to work that night, but things happen I understand that. But other than that great service, great guys, would recommend them, and would hire them again

I cannot imagine that anyone could give this company a poor grade! I was so very impressed! I was actually working with another company, and the wait to have someone come out was excessive. Meanwhile, my lawn was burning up. I searched around Angie's List and came upon the number for Hart, and the response was IMMEDIATE. Jack (the owner) is so personable, professional and willing to help. He told me he would be out that very day. It just happened he had other work in the area, but still, he didn't have to put me on the list during such a busy time of the year. He was not in a rush; he took his time to make sure everything was done right, and it was obvious the outcome was very important to him. They are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions or concerns you have. I just cannot say enough about him. I wish I had known about him sooner. I can't believe how accommodating he was when he didn't even know me. I could see if I was a return customer he knew personally, but he certainly treated me as if I had been a customer for years. Somehow I get the feeling I could count on him for anything and everything. I can't imagine how anyone could possibly go wrong. Give him a try. I really appreciated him helping me out by showing up about an hour or two after I called! Just a super nice guy, and there is a definite shortage of those around, I think!

Hart Irrigation was very responsive to my call and showed up at the scheduled time. Sprinkler startup was very quick and was reasonably priced. Verified that all sprinkler heads were working correctly and made adjustments as needed.

He was a great guy and was good and fine. My expectations were low seeing that I've had other people not show up on time, but he showed up and did his job and was a happy guy. He knew what he was doing, so what else could you ask for. I told him to call me in the spring when it's time to turn the sprinklers on.

Speedy response. The work was done in a friendly, efficient manner. The whole job was done in about an hour with my system up and running. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Last years company whom performed this service, would not gaurantee thier work as they stated my sprinkler system was outdated and in need of major repair, at least $400-500.
Hart came out and checked my system. They were able to winterize no problem. They just had to remove plug in basement to fully drain and last years company did not do.
Hart saved my lots of money. Gentlemen who came were very nice and professional. Will call them next year.

I couldn't get a response from the original installation company, so I went through Angie's List to get a local, reputable sprinkler company. Hart Irrigation showed up on time, did quality work and left an invoice. A good experience all around.

I called Hart Irrigation and got Jack Harten on the phone. He came at the appointed time. He found the problems in the system. He repaired them and,then, went his way.
