We hired Donald's Duct to clean our gas dryer vent which included cleaning the dryer, unlike some competitors. The company operational standards are excellent. They send 2 techs for better service and safe moving of the dryer. Angelo and John demonstrated professional conduct, good communication, discussed expectations up front, worked efficiently, cleaned up all debris. When they went to put the dryer in place they found we had improper connection of 2 duct pieces, secured only with tape instead of the correct fitting. They made the correction after I approved the parts and labor fee and reconnected the duct to the dryer. Connecting the gas line to the dryer is an extra fee. I would hire this company again and plan to have the house ducts cleaned soon; they price they quoted is very reasonable.
