We needed our dryer ducts cleaned. We called Donalds Duck and several other companies. We were most impressed by that initial call. They asked very specific questions, provided a detailed summary of their services and repeatedly asked if we had any questions. The pre-visit communications were excellent. Multiple texts to confirm the appointment. They were in and out in record time and the laundry room was cleaner than they found it. They made sure we understood what they had done, showed us improvements that had added to strengthen the connection, retaped some joints, all for the flat rate quoted. The team is personable, efficient and friendly. You do not run into many companies like this any more. We would strongly recommend them.

I had requested dryer duct cleaning, but had a feeling we had the wrong type of duct work. Sure enough we did. Donald s Duct went out of their way to go get the parts and install a new one for me. I am so happy with our experience, I will definitely call for our next service.
