My dryer vent situation was a mess clogged, broken, and with four turns to the outside. I would request just a cleaning since I did not know what was lurking behind the walls, but they went the extra mile and made sure to get everything in working order for me.

He kept his word even after he realized he had underbid.

Showed up a half hour later than scheduled without notice. My ducts were very dirty and SteamX was able to clean everything that I was able to see, except for the furnace. Also there was a lot of dirt around most of the registers on the floor and also dirt from my ductwork ended covering my kitchen countertops as well. The work done seemed to be good, just the cleanup could have been improved. Seems the job was completed, but I was not home when they finished so I was unable to check the work before he left. I'm sure if I would have called Bob he would have been happy to clean up the mess. Also, payment can be cash or check. In total the job cost $375 for 12 registers.

Bob was great to deal with. We were very pleased with how clean he got the commercial carpet, that has been in a farm house, and not cleaned, in over 20 years. It needs to be replaced, but looks and smells clean now and will buy my son some time to save for new carpet. Very fast and efficient, and gave advise about other projects, as he worked! He wouldn't even take a tip, when offered. Thanks again Bob! I would recommend Steam X and will use them again!

They did a great job, the carpet looks great and the vents are really clean so they don't have to work as hard circulating the air. We all have dog allergies and the previous owners had a dog so cleaning was a necessity. Job well done Bob!

Had basement stairs (finished basement) cleaned after installation of new furnace (very dirty). The owner was on site for the whole cleaning process...keeping a close eye on the assistant doing the work. The process was exactly as described and results definitely met my high standards of quality. Owner, an extrovert, so he is very verbal which I appreciate--like getting to know a little about those I am trusting with my home/things. Great value--high quality results for amount charged.
