Bob & Tony arrived on time & automatically put booties on when they entered the home. They donned masks when asked to do so and kept them on while working for a steady 5 hours. The gentlemen were very friendly, professional and very patient in answering my continuous questions about what they were doing and why. A difficult dryer vent was tackled and cleaned to our satisfaction. The only suggestion for improvement would be a bit more detailed clean-up in each room upon completion. Thanks for a job well done Steam-X!

great price on furniture cleaning and duct cleaning

They did duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, and did a phenomenal job on the carpets and ducts. Bob and Tony made my carpets smell and look brand new. The ducts are incredibly clean and working as they should! I would recommend them for any job!

Came on his day off. Was half the price plus of competitor who couldnâ  t come till the next day. Realized how serious the problem was.

They were an hour late. They never wore a mask or asked if it was ok that they did not. They walked through my home without booties on. They talked rude to each other and unprofessional. One man made a comment about my daughters cameras she collects in her room this made me so uncomfortable as a mom. Then they charged me $100 more than they quoted. Iâ m wouldnâ t recommend this company to anyone at all !!!

I started to realize the build up in my air ducts when I removed a register cover to clean it. I found it wasn't just the covers that were filthy, it was the ducts as well. I was referred to SteamX using this site. I am completely satisfied with their work. The crew was very friendly and explained the procedure to me. Even providing before and after pics. When I saw what came out of those vents, I was shocked. It is a good feeling to know that my home is clean from all that junk. Thanks so much for the fast, friendly and great service SteamX.

Very prompt reply to request for quote! Gave rough estimate over phone and set up appointment to visit home the next day to give a more accurate price. Bob was able to schedule the job within a few days. Vent and furnace cleaning was very thorough. Bob and Anthony were great to deal with. Very fair price. House no longer smells musty and like the previous owner's animals!!!!!!!!

excellent cleaning extremely soiled carpet in family room

I was not here but a friend opened the house for them and stayed while they worked. She commented that they were very respectful during this time when we need to wear masks because of Covid-19 and that Bob was always very polite. He answered my questions thoroughly and I was very pleased. I did note when I came home that they may have missed one cold air return that was hidden from sight. Other than that they did a fantastic job!
