I left a check for the work but found $25 they left on my counter. I had less ducts than they thought so I received a refund. Very honest company to work with. I have never had that happen before.

I posted looking for a carpet cleaner late on a Sunday afternoon and had a call from Bob at SteamX the same day. We had a couple of "hiccups" (not him, me); and he was very flexible with my schedule changes! He arrived early, came in prepared to do the job, and was done in less than an hour. These carpets are over 25 years old, so I didn't expect miracles, but I got a lot more than I expected. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. Thank you Bob at SteamX. I will call you again.

Steam X cleaning is top notch. They notified me ASAP after my inquiry on Home Advisor. Bob, the owner called to confirm appointment 2 times. He cleaned several different items thoroughly. Called two other businesses for estimates. Steam X very affordable prices and the items cleaned are shinning clean.. Thanks Bob and assistant.
