 + -1 moreThe consultant came out to my house and unfortuantely found that the part DELL had sent me was wrong. He could not complete the job, and did not charge me at all. He did give me some suggestions, however he never told me the specific item number for this part, and he never offered to order it. He was very polite and professional.
Description of Work: I called them, and they were very nice. They charge $90 to add RAM to computer at consumers home, however it is only $16 - $17 if you bring computer to the store.
