Really well. Installation took only 2 days. He was also able to work us in sooner than expected due to their schedule and the weather, which was much appreciated. The sump pump has worked seamlessly and we (and our dog) have been able to fully take advantage of our yard ever since.

I explained to Stacie exactly what I wanted, and he agreed to do it.  It took a little longer to get the job started than we had originally talked about, but anybody who has every hired any contractor should understand that these things are going to happen.  

Stacie is a good guy and an easy person to talk to.  Although we sometimes had trouble immediately getting hold of each other. It was never difficult to communicate with him.

95% of the work was exactly what I expected.  When there was one small discrepancy Stacie immediately got it straightened out so it was exactly what I wanted.

The crew at my house seemed like great guys that I didn't mind having at my place.  I've had experiences where I wished people didn't know where I live because they seemed shady, not these guys.  They even helped out a couple of neighbors when they needed it.

I was very pleased with the end-state of the project.  They cleaned up in detail and left the place looking great.  I tend to notice small details and apparently so does Stacy because they left the site looking really good.

We haven't had rain in the 24 hours since the project was completed, but I'm confident that my problem is fixed.  If it's not, I have every confidence that Stacie will be back to make it right.  If I need more work done in the future I won't shop around, I'll go back to this crew.

There was some delay in getting to me because they were very busy, However once they came they worked quickly and followed up with seeding  and grooming of the area once it had settled. The drain does what it was meant to do. I am please so I guess it was worth what I thought to be a bit pricey.

The Vinsetta Garden folks were very appropriate and came in March to evaluate the work that needed to be done. A price was agreed early on but the major difficulty was getting them to actually commit to starting date. It literally took over 6 months to get them to do the work despite contacting them before the season began. The work was done and it works ok but some of the finish work was not the best and multiple lines for my sprinkler systems were cut (which they could have been more careful) and some of the work was not finished as well as it could be. Overall, the drainage pipe placed in the backyard, works, no more water problems but the job could have been done in a more timely manner and performed better. It is unfortunate since I initially considered them for other projects but I cannot use them again after this experience.

It was pretty good actually. Initially they were not very responsive but when they got hold of their persona, it was fantastic. I'm pretty happy with them. I got them from Angie's List. They did as promised and the price is within my expectations.

Went very well.  The six workers all knew their tasks and performed them.  Site was cleaned when the work was done and watering instructions provided.
Previously, Vinsetta had installed a brick paver area and other landscaping.

I had called several contractors for a bid on a paver patio.  The costs were similar.  The one having the lower cost substituted a cheaper paver without explaining it to me.  Vinsetta didn't call back for more than a week after I left a message requesting a bid  because of a family emergency.  When he came out he was very informative and knowledgeable.  I decided to go with Vinsettta.  I didn't hear from them for a few weeks.  When they came they were fast and did a good job and I am very happy with the results.  I would highly recommend them.

Overall, things went well.  It was only after I thought that everything was done that I found out that the dripless irragation system that was in place before the job was started was no longer attached to the water spigot.  While I heard the water running, it was only being dumped into the front yard and NOT watering any of the plants in the garden.  I contacted Stacey and was told that Mark would be out in a few days to find out what I was talking about.  No one showed up.  I had to contact my sprinkler system company to have the water lines extended by an additional 2 feet before the system could be reconnected to the spigot.  It cost me an extra $106.00 to have this done.  No one from Vinsetta's had told me that the water line had been disconnected and thereby disabling the irrigation system, thereby effectively killing off 4 of my planted million-bells in the garden from lack of water.  Because of this problem, I down-graded rating from what would've been an A.  Above costs of job was partly shared by my neighbor, window wells were paid by me.

What was an unexpected surprise was that at the end of each day of the 4 day project, everything was left clean and orderly. With kids and a dog, they didn't leave walkways, etc dirty that would have tracked dirt into the house. Also, they made did everything expected such as making sure all sprinkle and invisible fence were working.
