Really well. Installation took only 2 days. He was also able to work us in sooner than expected due to their schedule and the weather, which was much appreciated. The sump pump has worked seamlessly and we (and our dog) have been able to fully take advantage of our yard ever since.

Too expensive. Went with another contractor. Very nice and pleasant.

I explained to Stacie exactly what I wanted, and he agreed to do it. It took a little longer to get the job started than we had originally talked about, but anybody who has every hired any contractor should understand that these things are going to happen. Stacie is a good guy and an easy person to talk to. Although we sometimes had trouble immediately getting hold of each other. It was never difficult to communicate with him. 95% of the work was exactly what I expected. When there was one small discrepancy Stacie immediately got it straightened out so it was exactly what I wanted. The crew at my house seemed like great guys that I didn't mind having at my place. I've had experiences where I wished people didn't know where I live because they seemed shady, not these guys. They even helped out a couple of neighbors when they needed it. I was very pleased with the end-state of the project. They cleaned up in detail and left the place looking great. I tend to notice small details and apparently so does Stacy because they left the site looking really good. We haven't had rain in the 24 hours since the project was completed, but I'm confident that my problem is fixed. If it's not, I have every confidence that Stacie will be back to make it right. If I need more work done in the future I won't shop around, I'll go back to this crew.

I got the feeling that since I barely met the minimum required for them to do work, I was not given much attention when it came time to returning my phone calls and emails.

There was some delay in getting to me because they were very busy, However once they came they worked quickly and followed up with seeding and grooming of the area once it had settled. The drain does what it was meant to do. I am please so I guess it was worth what I thought to be a bit pricey.

Original contact with Vinsetta was through email. Anne promptly replied and we set up an appointment a few days out on a Saturday morning. Anne was running a few minutes late from a prior appointment, but called me to let me know she was running late. She still arrived within 10 minutes of our scheduled appointment time. Anne was very nice, thoughtful, and suggestive throughout the entire process. She listened to what my wife and I were looking for, and she had no shortage of suggestions and compromises when my wife and I couldn't agree on a particular direction on a project. Our primary project we wanted to get done was delivery and laying down of mulch around the property. Anne also suggested to get inventory of other projects we may want done; as their pricing model has a minimum threshold in order for Vinsetta to do the work. Once she finished with the quote, Anne told us she would email the entire quote on the following Tuesday (because of the holiday weekend). Unfortunately, I didn't hear back Tuesday, and throughout the rest of the week. On Friday afternoon I decided to email for an update. Anne quickly responded to let me know that she would have the quote to me by the end of the day; which she did. The biggest sticking point for me not going with Vinsetta was the pricing model they had in place. Our biggest request was to have the mulch project broken out on it's own; as that was our first priority. In order to meet the "minimum threshold" for Vinsetta to do the work, they had to include some of the other projects with the mulch in order to satisfy their requirements. So basically, if I wanted Vinsetta to do my mulch, they also had to bed prep, supply, and install an evergreen, some decidous shrubs, and prune a dogwood shrub to shape. That base price that met the minimum threshold ended up being $1,950. The other projects were broken out on the quote on an add-on basis. Overall, I was happy with Anne and her suggestions. If I decide to tackle multiple projects and/or do some extensive landscape work around my home, Vinsetta will be my first call. Unfortunately, if you're only looking for single, smaller projects, Vinsetta may not be for you due to their pricing structure and desire to have a minimum threshold.

The Vinsetta Garden folks were very appropriate and came in March to evaluate the work that needed to be done. A price was agreed early on but the major difficulty was getting them to actually commit to starting date. It literally took over 6 months to get them to do the work despite contacting them before the season began. The work was done and it works ok but some of the finish work was not the best and multiple lines for my sprinkler systems were cut (which they could have been more careful) and some of the work was not finished as well as it could be. Overall, the drainage pipe placed in the backyard, works, no more water problems but the job could have been done in a more timely manner and performed better. It is unfortunate since I initially considered them for other projects but I cannot use them again after this experience.

It was pretty good actually. Initially they were not very responsive but when they got hold of their persona, it was fantastic. I'm pretty happy with them. I got them from Angie's List. They did as promised and the price is within my expectations.

Vinsetta was good to work with and submitted a sensible bid. We ended up going with someone else because we needed more engineering expertise. I would definitely go to them again for a different kind of project.

Went with a different landscaper.

Went very well. The six workers all knew their tasks and performed them. Site was cleaned when the work was done and watering instructions provided. Previously, Vinsetta had installed a brick paver area and other landscaping.

Came out same day for an estimate on a very intense job. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable... the list goes on! Will continue to use him for my clients!

I reached out to the company and scheduled an appointment for an estimate (complimentary). Ann, the company's landscape designer, call when she thought she might have been 5 minutes late, which I greatly appreciated. She listened to my needs and offered helpful suggestions. She produced her estimate about 10 days later and it was a bit more than I wanted to spend. I didn't try to negotiate since I had another estimate that fell within the budget. However, I had no issues with this company and appreciated the professionalism.

He stated that he charges $1500 as his minimum fee for any job. When I stated it was a small job he replied with it didn't matter how small the job the minimum cost would be $1500. He never saw job that was to be done. When I told him that I was going to post something on Angie's List, he asked that I not do it as it would give him a bad name. That to me told me that he knew he was wrong. If he thought what he said to me was ok, he wouldn't have asked me not to leave the review.

I needed hard landscaping first so i did not use the company this year. I will probably consider using them when were ready for maintenance gardening

They answered my request for a bid very promptly, spent a good bit of time studying the situation, and submitted a bid that seemed quite reasonable. I went with someone else for reasons related to the specific job, but would certainly contact them again.

I had called several contractors for a bid on a paver patio. The costs were similar. The one having the lower cost substituted a cheaper paver without explaining it to me. Vinsetta didn't call back for more than a week after I left a message requesting a bid because of a family emergency. When he came out he was very informative and knowledgeable. I decided to go with Vinsettta. I didn't hear from them for a few weeks. When they came they were fast and did a good job and I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend them.

Overall, things went well. It was only after I thought that everything was done that I found out that the dripless irragation system that was in place before the job was started was no longer attached to the water spigot. While I heard the water running, it was only being dumped into the front yard and NOT watering any of the plants in the garden. I contacted Stacey and was told that Mark would be out in a few days to find out what I was talking about. No one showed up. I had to contact my sprinkler system company to have the water lines extended by an additional 2 feet before the system could be reconnected to the spigot. It cost me an extra $106.00 to have this done. No one from Vinsetta's had told me that the water line had been disconnected and thereby disabling the irrigation system, thereby effectively killing off 4 of my planted million-bells in the garden from lack of water. Because of this problem, I down-graded rating from what would've been an A. Above costs of job was partly shared by my neighbor, window wells were paid by me.

They were a bit pricey so I didn't render there services. So I went with another company who was less expensive.

What was an unexpected surprise was that at the end of each day of the 4 day project, everything was left clean and orderly. With kids and a dog, they didn't leave walkways, etc dirty that would have tracked dirt into the house. Also, they made did everything expected such as making sure all sprinkle and invisible fence were working.
