Profane language. Claimed they knew nothing about the workroom and I felt I had to validate the information about the workroom and chairs. Their was a lot of general complaining. They worked fast. They refused to bring up workbench drawers. When they dropped off the load at destination they stacked the boxes and everything very neatly and gave us access to most items. The final blow? With the high end bid $2;083 we were presented with a bill for $2,623. Extremely disappointed. We tipped then $500.00 in spite of some lack of professional behavior and the work did get done.

Fast and affordable.

The movers were on time.The lead found out what was to be moved and they got right to work. We were very impressed by how quickly they moved. They respected the property by asking before they did things. They were accommodating to all our requests. They were friendly and respectful. The only flaw was they damaged a couple of plants but we should have moved them before they came. Overall we would recommend them to anyone looking to hire a moving company.

Very friendly and worked very quickly to get the job done. Moved all my pieces and nothing was damaged including my antiques. They even finished at the minimum time given. I would have given them 5 stars except after they left I realized that they put all of the totes in the rooms that was on noted on the top tote when there were other totes underneath for other rooms. I had to move 7 totes into other rooms. Tracey, in the office, was always so nice, helpful and cheerful. I was dreading the move but they actually made the experience bearable. The moving team did everything we asked for, very polite and respectful! The were quick and efficient and would definitely hire them again! I moved into my new home on the day of a winter storm warning and the movers still finished the total job in 2 and half hours. I will only use Oâ  Sullivan Moving company for any of my moves. Highly recommended!!

They did an awesome job! They were practically half the price of other companies I looked at, and the movers were friendly and really good. They were able to move some heavy and bulky stuff through tight spaces, and they donâ t even make you empty your dressers to move them!

The movers Dave and Jamal were very professional, friendly, quick! They really know their craft! They cared about my items. They went above and beyond just moving the furniture. I really appreciate the care and time they took with my belongings

I was so worried about this move. My last move resulted in damage that was not brought to my attention at the time by those â 2 guys.â The Oâ Sullivan rep assured me as many times as I needed to hear it that I was in great hands and he would put his best guys on the job. It was true. They were so kind and careful and efficient. Moving days are horrible, not this one. I give the entire Oâ Sullivan team 5 stars. Thank you so very much for such a positive experience.

Professional and friendly service. My move was smooth!

I was very unhappy with my moving experience. The movers did not wrap anything or cover my furniture in their truck. 2 pieces of furniture were scratched and/or nicked. Their attitudes were unprofessional. Lastly, they were not upfront about the fact the price I was given was for a cash deal. I could have used cash if it had been explained to me.

The entire process was great from getting a quote, to scheduling the moving date, and then the actual move. Everyone was so professional and had great customer service. I was very pleased from start to finish and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
