Description of Work: First our fridge had some issues and the service man came out and was very honest regarding repair cost and let us know it was not worth fixing. Once he left a week later the stove went out and we requested the same guy. He came over and fixed it no problem. I really like the customer service they provide.

Description of Work: I needed some service to my Siemens convection oven. I called Berkley Appliance because they have a very good reputation on Angie's List. They answered my call quickly, but responded that they did not service my brand of oven. However, they suggested another service provider "Factory Service Specialists" that probably would. The person at Berkley Appliance had a relative that used them before and was very satisfied. I followed their recommendation and was very happy with their service.

 + -1 moreI called Berkley Appliance Repair at 12:30 p.m. and asked for same day service, as I was going on vacation the next day. I was guaranteed that someone would come within 2 hours, and at 2:30 the repair professional appeared. He did a very good job and left everything clean afterwards.
Description of Work: The repair person put a new fuse on my dryer, which was not drying at the correct tempature. He also noticed that my dryer vent was not installed properly and removed one part and reinstalled it correctly.

 + -1 moreIt took two trips as they had to order the door seal, but James was here on time, both times, very pleasant and efficient. There was only one service call charged. The cost of the part was $30.26, the service call $49 and the labor $48. I have not had appliances repaired before and at this price, Id rather have replaced the dishwasher, but once I agreed to pay the $49 service call, I was pretty well committed. The service call was not unusually priced, next time I will make sure I buy an extended warranty. The only reason I said I would not hire them again is that I will not hire anyone again, Ill replace the appliance.
Description of Work: They replaced a door seal on my dishwasher which was leaking.

Description of Work: I HAD MY WASHER FIXED. A LITTLE NUT GOT CAUGHT IN THE DRAIN AND CAUSED THE WATER NOT TO DRAIN OUT. THEY TOOK THE WASHER APART, TOOK THE NUT OUT AND PUT IT BACK TOGETHER.
