Brad explained all that was required to complete my attic insulation from wrapping heat ducts and blowing in celluose insulation into the attic areas. Brad returned my call promptly and came out right away since we were leaving to go back to our home in Lansing. His estimate was fair and we set up a date for the attic insulation to be installed. Brad and his crew showed up right on time, did a wonderful job and left the area cleaner than it was when they got there. I highly recommend them and would most definitely hire him again. Very friendly and knowledgable.

Makes appointment to come out to do job then finds a reason why not to finish the job after started. If he has a bigger job with more money forget about him coming back. When called to find out when he would come back blew up and said to stop harassing him, he will finish it when he can. Never finished.

Brad called and came out when he said he would,he was polite and very efficient .did great work on insulating our attic, and was reasonably priced. We would hire him again for future jobs and highly recommend him to others.

Brad did a great job. I will be hiring him again in the spring. I cant say enough about brad's work ethic. he did everything i ask him to do and then went above what i ask him to do.

Hired Brad to trim out 3 of my 9 ft. Windows and trim workaround my doors and put up knotty pine boards on my ceiling and some other job, he did a great job on the ceiling but doesn't know how to trim out the windows. Hired him in 2016 and as of the spring of this year he said he was done he is no finishing the job, he quit, think twice about hiring him, starts out good but then leaves you hanging. Job still not done.

Brad was so respectful and courteous to me and my home, and I have never dealt with a better contractor. I am going to call him next time for any home project I have.

Cantor Home Maintenance is a honest and reliable contractor. Mr. Cantor took time to explain exactly what he would do before starting the project. This contractor was competitive in pricing. Mr. Cantor started the job on time, completed it on time and on budget. I would recommend this contractor.

Got a quote from Brad and agreed to hire him and get a confirmation, but then when it was time for him to do the job he never showed up or responded to my phone calls or emails. Just chose to ignore me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Definitely would not recommend him

Brad came out to finish framing in and screening my 16'x20' porch. He did a great job!

Brad was very friendly and easy to have around. I was impressed that he was able to get to my projects the following week of our first contact. He was willing to do the little projects that I had. He put furniture together and put up shades, shelves, and signs. Painting and putting up shiplap wall were the bigger projects. Brad saw a few other problems and took care of them for me! I would highly recommend him. Very personable and dependable.

This person came over and gave me a price on doing a job for me. He gave me a day that he would be available.He called, and it was raining .He told me he didn't want to get his saws wet. Well I did understand that, but when I called him to find out when he would try and get over here .He did not return the call which left me hanging and with a job that still isn't finished
