 + -1 moreThe service failed because the cracks have returned. The workers were nice. They were prompt. I would not recommend them to a friend because the problem occurred again after they fixed the initial issue.
Description of Work: They repaired cracks in my drywall.

 + -1 moreLast visit they came to one of my rentals in Ypsilanti for a furnace that was not working. Quickly took care of the issue, made the tenants happy, bill was very reasonable.
Description of Work: Tropic Air is my go to for all AC, Furnace and water heaters. I've been using them for over 3 years and they have always done a great job.

 + -1 moreI was very impressed by these men and the knowledge they brought to the table. They were efficient, very responsive to my questions, and they got the job done right the first time. They had to install brand new duct work and this was completed really well. My home is about 1600 square feet so there were a lot of ducts to be routed. I wouldn t hesitate in referring these men to anyone and will continue to use only them for now on.
Description of Work: I had an old boiler for about 30 years now and was looking to have it replaced. The men came out and stated that for around the same price I could get an energy efficient stand alone heating and air conditioning system installed with all brand new duct work and the dumping of this old gas boiler. I did this with them and it took them a total of 3 days to complete. They then followed up and tweaked the system a few weeks later.
