 + -1 moreThey had very friendly and courteous service. They were willing to come out on a Saturday and Sunday to get the job done. They had a very reasonable price! They also shared information about loan offers through Oakland county for home improvements for those who qualify. Since I am facing a major plumbing job in order to avoid another plumbing back-up, I appreciated the info.
Description of Work: My basement flooded about two inches in one 9X9 foot area. The carpet was wall to wall and had to be pulled up, a fan had to be set to blow underneath the padding and carpet and a large dehumidifier set up as well. The equipment was left overnight and then picked up on Sunday afternoon. Everything was dried and an antibacterial agent was sprayed on the carpeting as well. (First application on the day they came out and the second application on the day they left).
