Did an excellent job. Friendly. Fast. Explained the cleaning process. He used covers to protect wall corners from being dirtied or damaged by the hoses coming into my house from the truck. Carpets dried very quickly. He told me I could walk on them immediately. Would definitely use this service again. Was a little slow calling me back (10 days) to set an appointment but I wasn't in a hurry and had heard good things from a friend. Once I got the call back I was scheduled within a week to get the job done.

He is wonderful. He is very thorough and easy to deal with. He has great customer service. All the chemicals he uses are pet friendly. We have a rabbit who hops around several rooms of our house, so this was very important. I won't use any one else for my carpets and I highly recommend him.

Because of fast thawing in February a drain pipe didn't work properly and water was saturating the ground next to our house. We caught it, but not before it started coming in at one basement wall. We took care of the drainage issue as quickly as possible, but knew we had to rapidly address the outside water before it caused mold on the carpet or on the back side of basement paneling. I called Tom Morbach at Sanit Aire who specializes in removing mold and problems of those sorts. He suggested that given how fast I had caught it and the amount of water, I could possibly get by with some basic water extraction (the floor and carpet was wet in the one room and it was not inches...just sopping wet) and a mold deterrent spray. He suggested I call Don Culvey. This was about 1:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I immediately called Don gave him a description of the situation and he promised to come over later in the afternoon. He came by around dinner. Checked out the problem. Addressed my concerns. Explained how lucky I was to be home and catch it in time before too much damage. Lifted the carpet. Checked behind the paneling and determined that most of the water had been sopped up by me with towels and that a mold deterrent and 2 large drying fans would take care of the problem. When the carpet was dry, he would come back and clean the carpets. I decided that it would be a good time to have several other areas of my main floor cleaned since he was coming back later in the week. I was having boys over for a team dinner and asked if he could come after that. He had no problem with coordinating dates and times. He showed up and was very neat and clean. The carpet cleaning did not smell or seem to leave any coating on the carpet at all. Sometimes when companies clean you end up with more spots than you started with. Not Don and his method. He uses VERY hot water that is immediately sucked back up by this EXTREMELY strong machine. The carpet is almost completely dry when he leaves. He suggested on walking on it for a couple of hours, but I gave it four hours to be safe. I have a west highland terrier with skin problems and he was not bothered by the carpet cleaning. My carpets, 2 months later, still look great. I will definitely have him back and have recommended him to friends.
