They helped me with an ice dam at the front of the house, and put down a heated wire to prevent further ice dams. They were cost effective, kind, helpful and always mindful of the cost and urgency. I would definitely recommend them.

I called the company number and spoke with owner, Justin Behm. We arranged a time to meet so he could do a walkaround and provide an estimate. True to his word, he arrived at the agreed upon time. The work was scheduled to be done the following week. Again, he was punctual and performed the mentioned repairs. The aluminum siding that fell off had to be cut to size and he installed it the next day. He replaced caulking around the garage door after noticing it was cracking and worn, free of charge. Throughout the entire process, he explained what was needed and where he was at in the process. Justin kept me informed, was prompt, and performed the work to my satisfaction and in a completely professional manner. Overall, this was a great experience. I highly recommend this company and Justin.

Excellent work and very professional. Justin came out because we had gutters that were not performing well. Also, the clips on the gutters were not installed correctly, making a gap between the siding and the gutter. As a result, we had ice build up on our siding in the winter and water coming in over the foundation wall into the basement (in summer). He looked at all of our gutters and checked out the basement, where water was coming in. He said that all we needed was to re-pitch the gutters, re-seat the clips, and do some caulking. Although we haven't seen winter weather since the repair, there is no longer any basement water and the rain water does not drip down the side of the house any more. He does other kinds of work and I would definitely hire him again.

This was the type of contractor/home owner experience one hopes for. Justin returned my call shortly after I left a message with him (no one else returned my calls). The next day he showed up when he said he would and gave me a reasonable estimate. He showed up again when he said he would, a few days later, to do the job. I knew it wasn't that big of a job, but he still took care in making sure the gutters matched the color of the gutters on the home, and helped me out with adjusting another gutter to hook up a rain barrel.

Justin did exactly what he said he would do and at a good price. He was willing to explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions. He took care of additional minor details without charging me more for them. He has the right customer service attitude.
