Description of Work: I had smoke coming from inside my dryer and of course, freaked out. Gary called me back right away and came out on a Saturday afternoon. He helped me to diagnose a problem with the dryer itself, and cleared the vents. He did a great job, and I would certainly use him again.

+ -1 moreMr. Akers did an excellent job. Although I purchased a new dryer, it seemed to take all day for the clothes to get dry. When I described my problem to Mr. Akers on the phone, he knew immediately what was causing the problem (plugged dryer vent) and made a service call the next day. He arrived 10 minutes early, got right to work and finished the job in about one hour. He thoroughly cleaned the dryer duct --discovered that chipmunks had set up housekeeping in the duct, which included mounds of pine cones! -- and now my dryer works great and it takes no time for the clothes to dry.

+ -1 moreGary came out on a Saturday in bad weather to clean dryer vent. Did a great job and cleaned everything up thoroughly when he was done. Very professional! Highly recommend!
