 + -1 moreHorrible. Firstly I received a Groupon as a Gift. $300 of services for $150. I get there and the lady says ooh you shouldve called 1st because this wont help you at all. I still take a look at what they have. The cheapest basic carpet and its a additional $300 to carpet a 19x12 room. So $600 to carpet a room. Total scammers.

 + -1 moreThe rep came out to estimate on floor but wanted to sell me on something else. Told him I wanted to focus on just the floors. Was being quite rude during the estimate. Gave us an estimate of $400 without even getting our feedback on what type of carpet we wanted. He rattled off various prices for different carpet types. He states he does not give written estimates. He told me that all black people scam him. Ask the rep to leave our home immediately.
Description of Work: Had Roman Floors come out to do an estimate for flooring.
