I contacted Nicola Construction via email when I was looking for estimates in knocking down a wall and remodeling a kitchen. Beth called me in less than an hour of emailing them! She was very kind and personable on the phone, awesome! I also spoke to Jim, who is very personable as well ,on the phone who set up an appointment for himself to come out and give me an estimate on the job. He came to the appointment on time, was warm and professional, and took over an hour measuring and discussing with me ideas. This couple is amazing, will treat you right, and will bless you greatly by their big hearts! Their communication is fantastic! DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Remodeled our bathroom. Removed tub and built a BEAUTIFUL shower with a bench seat. Dry walled and put in a new floor with beautiful molding. Added a new linen closet. Fixed our basement stair and tiled them. Tiled our half bath. Repaired our furnace and our fridge that both had problems while he was working in our home.

Kitchens, baths and additions as well as tile, granite, porcelain, windows, doors, siding, roofing, Historic home restorations, Inside and outside. Can we do it? Yes we can! We are a small company with 1 to 4 employee's. billing depends upon the project. Usually 1/2 down 1/2 due upon completion.
