ESI Heating

All this company wants to do is sell you a new system. I caught Mike loosening a hose so that it would leak. He was also late and had a **** poor attitude. I cancelled the service and went with Gary's heating and cooling. They were on time and gave me great service at more that half the price that Mike quoted me. Stay away from this company. They are bad.

Eric came out to give us an estimate on a new furnace and heat pump, and was very patient answering all of our questions and concerns. I have a mold illness and we needed to get central air and we needed to have filtered fresh air circulating on a regular basis because we can't have the windows/doors open since that lets in mold spores. He was very helpful in making suggestions and possible solutions to our needs. The installers were very polite and explained everything and answered all of our questions. They laid tarps down on the floors and the basement steps where they were walking, but the tarps were not as clean as we would have liked. We had to vacuum after they removed them. We had another estimate for identical products and ESI was several thousand dollars less. They installed it within two weeks of our order. It took two days to complete the installation. Eric came back for final payment after we had the inspection done and willingly answered our questions and concerns. Overall we were very satisfied with ESI. It's been about two months and so far we love it. The furnace is very quiet and we love the heat pump and expect to see a big savings in our propane bills.

Went well

We had a great experience with ESI. More than a year ago our furnace stopped working in the middle of the winter. ESI sent a technician to our home immediately who quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We have since had ESI replace our furnace as well as remove our central air conditioner unit and install a high efficiency heat pump and remove our tank water heater and replace it with a tankless hot water heater. The technicians were kind, respectful, honest, prompt, professional, and ALWAYS made sure every question was answered. They were great to work with and more than willing to work around my schedule. We will use ESI for all future heating and cooling work needed and highly recommend them to others.

It is hard to say because we aren?t living in the house. They did exactly what they said they would. I wasn?t happy at first with the way they did things but Mr. Simon himself came out to redo it and make it better. It was a big job and they conducted themselves quite well. We got quotes from several different companies and they weren't the most reasonable by far, but they did end up being less expensive. They have good ratings with the Better Business Bureau which tells me that they are reliable.
