Selective Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

One seat on sofa was extremely dirty due to main seat used for several years. I tried cleaning it myself with no success. They were able to get it clean enough that I am probably the only one who can tell it is not perfect. The guys were very friendly and efficient.

It turned out very well. They were very polite and did a good job. I had them come over a second time. There were no issues scheduling with them, and they came on time.

They arrive on time and did a good job of cleaning the whole house. The carpet looked good after. They were able to take out a few stains as well. The only reason I gave a B on overall is because there was a surprise to me after I paid with a credit card. I paid with a credit card and the guy didn't say anything about a surcharge for credit cards until I noticed that the charge on the card had 4% surcharge. When I called to inquire about it the lady seemed unapologitic. I would expect them to at least be upfront as I would have paid with a check if I knew. Otherwise, they did a good job.

The service went very well. I purchased the deal for a friend of mine, they cleaned the carpet in his downstairs and he hired them back to do the upstairs.

It went fine. They sent out a crew, and they showed up on time. According to them, they cleaned seven areas, but it was under the square footage as specified in the Big Deal, but they fixed it after I gave them a call. I was impressed with how quick their service was.

It turned out ok. They cleaned the carpet pretty well. There were some extra costs for extra rooms cleaned.

Even though we had a little communication problem with scheduling the cleaning, once they showed up they did a great job. My grout is really clean.

They were willing to honor the deal even though I had let it expire. Two technicians came for the job and they finished in about an hour and a half. They did an excellent job in removing some stains in a high traffic area. It turned out really well.

That turned out good. They did the office, a couple of bedrooms and a staircase. Just one employee came out and it took them about 45 minutes. They performed basis carpet cleaning for me.

It went poorly. The vendor scheduled an appointment and didn't ask for contact information and missed the appointment. They sent me a message apologizing profusely. I sent them my information, even though they still hadn't been asked for it and haven't get a response.

Simply the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. They were on time, followed my instructions and finished quickly. The two men were easy to work with and very professional. The cleaning was outstanding.

The provider was very prompt and accommodating in changing my Big Deal to better fit my needs from $179.95 for 6 rooms cleaned to $99 for 4 rooms. They also instructed me to contact Angie's List to get my refund.

It was a messy job, more so than we expected. The tile floors and grout were cleaned fairly well although some corners were missed.

It was fine. They were polite, thorough and they did a good job.

I called them, setting it up was easy and the lady on the phone was pleasant. Guys were overbooked and were late by a couple of hours. We had the time so it was ok but this could have been a disaster. they had been working nearly a 12 hour day and both of these guys were still very pleasant. So something about this company is working in that area. The carpets were clean when they left. they threw in scotchgard because they were late. that was a nice touch. I've had carpets cleaned several times now. I had to ask them to move furniture around. That was different and seems like it should be automatic.

They came when they said they would. Very professional. The carpet looked great after they were done. The only glitch was that they tried (not pushy) to sell me stain guard. I thought that was strange because it was included with the Angie's list deal that I had purchased for this job. When I pointed that out to the cleaners, they provided it for free.

Things went very well. The provider did not come at the time that was prearranged however, once he arrived he apologized for mixing up the appointment time and provided scotchguard application for free. Provider was very professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning and will use them again.
