It took 2 days just to have a guy come confirm that the spring in my garage door was actually broke as I indicated when I called, and that cost over $100. Then they promised a technician would call in 24-48 hours to schedule an appointment and after I tried to call them 3 times I still never got an appointment scheduled. So after a week of not having a functioning garage door I called Precision Garage Door and they had it fixed within 24 hours.

Called the office at 7:30 in the morning, long before normal business hours, and was greeted with a gentleman who agreed to provide service that day. Paul arrived at the agreed time and was very professional in his assessment of the situation, recommendation as to what was needed, and in completing the necessary repairs in short order. I felt the price was very reasonable given same day service and amount of parts and labor required to complete job. I will call them again when I need repairs to my garage door or garage door opener.

My garage door opener track came out of the wall and crashed down on top of the garage door. Plymouth Door came out the very next day and reattached the track using new wood and hardware. They also adjusted the settings and lubricated the tracks and chains on both doors. What a difference - they are much quieter now!

Paul the service tech came out promptly. He found the door only needed to be adjusted and lubed. It only took him a short time on a very cold day and it has worked great ever since. I am very pleased.

I had a very good experience with Plymouth Door. The technician informed me that they didn't stock the keypad for my door but was very professional and explained that I had an older model door that was more geared towards do-it-yourself installation. The technician proceeded to Show me where the model number was located so that I could order a replacement keypad. Excellent customer service. I will definitely use Plymouth door in the future and will surely recommend them to others.

Plymouth Door Service was quick to schedule an appointment to come help us on the same day that we called. They fixed the system, looked at the other parts to make sure everything was still safe, and they also checked out our other garage door to make sure it was okay too. They were very friendly, professional, and thorough in their services and we will definitely call them again if we need any help with our garage door.

They were running late, so the gentleman in the office called me ahed of the appt and told me they would be late. They showed up on the (adjusted) time and were couteous and professional. They explain the opener and it's operation. Everyhing worked great. Very satisfied!

The person who did the service was very professional and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell anything extra. He called before he came. He came during the two hour window I was given. He got right to work and performed exactly as I expected.

The installer showed up on time and came by himself, which surprised me, because he was removing an old steel door which is pretty heavy. I asked him if he always works alone, and he said he usually has his son with him but he had an appointment he had to go to that day. When it was getting close to the time to remove the door, and place it on his flatbed, I went out to help him, and he said no that he had done it by himself many times before. I went back in the house with the intent to help him anyway, but when I went back out he had it off and placed on the flatbed already.
The trim for the door had to be ordered so he couldn't complete the job that day, but within the time frame he had promised, the material came in, and he stopped by when we weren't home and completed the job. Everything turned out great, and the new opener should last a lot longer since the new door is quite a bit lighter. I was very satisfied with the job, the price was reasonable and the door looks great.

I made a phone call to Plymouth Door and explained the problem and was quoted a fair price for the repair. The gentlemen promptly came out and corrected the problem and made the repair. He was very courteous and efficient and gave me some suggestions on a future garage door. I would highly recommend Plymouth Door and will be doing any future business with them.

Plymouth Door Service is really good. The spring that opens my garage door busted, so he replaced it. He also didn't charge me when he came out a week and a half ago and checked my E-pad on the outside because it wasn't working right. He reset the computer on it, I guess, and now it works fine now.

Paul replaced my garage door spring. He was a real nice guy. He gave me a good price over a 20 minute phone conversation. He was here when he said he would be and finished in 15 minutes instead of the 30 he quoted. His professionalism is outstanding and he is a very likeable man. He showed me the types of springs he had and he did not try to sway me either way. I am happy with his services and will use him again in the future.

The springs were replaced in less than hour. There were no issues or problems. One of the rollers was bad, and was replaced no charge.

This was the second time I used this company. This time, I called around and found their price to be competitive (not the lowest, but not much more). Knowing I would get good service, I went with Plymouth Door Service again. Paul was able to come to our house the same day I called. He showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and explained his work before presenting the invoice. Without me asking, he oiled the door and adjusted the opener settings. By the time he left, the door was opening and closing very smoothly. He also left the broken parts here in a bag, similar to the way car mechanics will return your broken parts so you can verify the repair was needed. This experience was very good, just like the first time I called them. I plan to continue using this company for my garage door repairs and will certainly call them when it comes time for replacement.
