Jeff came out to my home on October 10, 2014 to give me a quote on installing tile on my laundry room floor. He seemed nice and very knowledgeable and gave me a quote of $950 (compared to the other quotes I received ($1500 and $2000)). I called him a few days later to schedule the work. Though he was unsure exactly what day he could come out to my home, he assured me that he would be out to do the work no later than November 10th, about a month away. I questioned on how firm that commitment was and he assured me that he would be out by then. I heard nothing from Jeff. So when November 10th rolled around I sent him a text message requesting him to contact me. I heard nothing, but I waited. So on November 20th I sent him another text message to let him know I was cancelling the job. Even after that, I have not heard from Jeff.

I contacted him and asked him to come out and look at the job before I paid for the service so that I would know he could do the job he did and said that he could do the job.I contacted Angie's List and purchased his service. Then I tried a number of times to contact him, but I cannot seem to get any response.

He was so clean and did a wonderful job.

Jeff was very responsive to Angie's List messages and was able to come by the day after I contacted him. We initially were only looking at the leaking roof problem, but since we had him here, we asked about the other projects that had been lingering. He was able to assess them all, give an estimate, and complete the work (including getting all of the supplies) right on the spot. We're very happy with the work and relieved to have these things out of the way.

He did some terrific work for us and we are enjoying the fruits of his labor. Unfortunately communication was an issue and we did not know how much Jeff was struggling. It was really too big of a job for one person to handle. We had to hire another person to finish the job. Thank you Jeff for your hard work.

He's terrific. His price is very reasonable. He can get the materials cheaper than we can. He’s very personable. He was very tidy and would clean the whole house. He hired our granddaughter to clean up after he worked with the drywall. Does what he says he's going to do and when he says he’s going to do it. His work is impeccable.
