On the day i had arranged for the cleaning, the cleaner did not show. I waited for 30 minutes after the 30-minute window they give for arrival. My phone calls to the office went unanswered despite it being during business hours. I finally got a response to my email at nearly midnight that night. As it turns out, the cleaner had a family emergency but did not notify anyone. Someone should have been available in the office to speak with. They offered a discount and the cleaner texted me to arrange to come the next day; it was not very convenient but I did need the house cleaned. The next day, the cleaner was again late. She arrived just as I was leaving. My phone calls and emails to the office again went unanswered. When I returned home, I found the cleaning to be quite cursory. I had requested a "spring clean" but there were still cobwebs and dust-bunnies in the corners. Many surfaces in the kitchen had not been touched at all (still toast crumbs on the counter for instance.) I had specifically requested that attention be paid to the shower, but there was a mediocre improvement at best. The sink was clean but the faucet was not. As of today (three full days later) I still have not received a response to my phone calls or emails. In fairness, I also have not yet been charged for the cleaning. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism and by the poor quality of the service. I would not recommend.
