Description of Work: We were doing a kitchen remodel and Ultimate installations failed to install the dishwasher correctly. Every time we contacted them we had promises of they would come and fix the problem. We would set up times for repairs and the would NEVER SHOW UP- multiple phone calls and dates were ignored- talking with management was useless as they would give you the run around and excuses. We finally had to pay $150.00 to another company to complete the job that they were suppose to do. The over-all kitchen remodel was fine once completed but there were a couple of errors and little things left un-done. Such as cabinet handles not installed and shelves put on backwards. I will not be using home depot and their subcontractor Ultimate Installation again.

As I said, the subs who actually did the work were great, but Ultimate was HORRIBLE. They lied, stalled, delayed, and didn't communicate. When we got the estimate in June, we agreed to waive the 3-day cancellation period so that materials would be ordered right away. We were given an estimate of 3 weeks, which we didn't love, but agreed to. At first everything went fine; they called to schedule the installation and we were ready to go. The afternoon before the scheduled installation in early July, Ultimate called to say that their supplier shuts down for 3 weeks in the summer (in peak fencing season???) and that they had just gotten the bill of lading for the final truck and our fence wasn't on it. I was upset, but Stacy agreed to call around and see whether someone else could manufacture the sections more quickly. She called back the next day and said no one could do it more quickly, so we were stuck waiting 3-4 more weeks. A few days before THAT scheduled installation in early August, she called to say it was going to be delayed another 2 weeks. At that point I was so unhappy I asked to speak to a manager. I left an earful on his voicemail and called Home Depot corporate to file a complaint. A manager called me back the next day, apologized, told me that the supplier had not shut down (so Stacy lied), and that he was putting another person on our account who was more experienced. He agreed to give us a discount for our trouble and said that we would be installed around August 22. You guessed it, they called a few days before to say that the materials wouldn't be in until the end of August. Also, we still haven't gotten the revised price in writing. My experience with this company has been miserable. I hope they go out of business.
Description of Work: Ultimate Installations is the subcontractor for Home Depot fencing in our area. We got an estimate for fencing our pool, as we were moving into a new house and have 3 small children (younger than 5). While the yard was fenced, the pool was not, and we were concerned about the safety of our children. Ultimate subcontracted the work to some great guys, who installed a black aluminum fence and child-resistant gate around our pool, setting posts in both dirt and concrete.
