Dave was on time and worked through the diagnosis methodically to pinpoint the problem. He did not have the replacement parts in his van but picked them up and installed them the next day without charging for another service call.

Dave is great! Dave and Wayne they are very professional, do fantastic work and will answer any question you have. You can call at any time with a problem and they are always there to help with out making you wait a week or more. Would never call anyone else.

Our 23 year old air conditioning unit stopped working on Sunday. I called NWHand C on Monday and David scheduled an appointment for 8:30 am. He arrived exactly as we discussed, assessed the problem, clearly laid out the options and gave his opinion. One option he was not prepared for but offered to come out without further expense when he did have the product. However, he did not feel we needed the product which is another $150 until we can determine a more serious problem. We appreciate his candor and opinion.
We have used Northwest Heating and Cooling numerous times, including repairs in our home and parents. We have used NWHand C for a new furnace and air-conditioning install at our parents home, of which we are responsible for. David is prompt, efficient, even when he has to let himself in! He had a furnace removed and had installed a new one before too much discomfort! We will continue to use Northwest Heating and Cooling as needed.

THEY REALLY DID A NICE JOB FOR ME. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS, WHICH IS GOOD BECAUSE I HAVE HEARD HORROR STORIES ABOUT THE MESS THAT A COMPANY CAN LEAVE BEHIND. I MUST SAY THAT I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY.
