Description of Work: i forgot the cost as it was a remodeling done by SunGlo at the request of our condominium board of directors. We HAD to use them. Our kitchen sink pipes broke in winter and flooded the entire kitchen and the basement below. SunGlo did the water cleanup in the basement but they did not get rid of black mold growing. Cannot go into basement because of mold issues and this is over 4 years ago. The contractors hired by SunGlo/insurance company were average. Part of the board needed to be placed in front of dishwasher was never completed. There was NO final walk through. I don't think ALL mold was removed from behind kitchen sink properly as I can smell mold in that area too. Some of the nicks in the drywall which had been covered with wallpaper before the flood were never filled in and sanded before wall paint was applied. Pencil lines still show on ceiling where cabinets were being lined up. Cabinet manufacturer did not line up doors properly, some sit slightly higher than matching doors. Some drawers don't shut smoothly. It was a hassle trying to point out these things to supervisor. Granite countertop was cut completely wrong for kitchen sink positioning so we had to switch to laminate.

Description of Work: The gentleman came out and looked at the damage. He said I would receive an estimate in the mail within a week to 10 days. It's now 5 weeks and I don't have an estimate yet. I spoke to him Monday, July 14, he said he would work on it and call me in the morning-no call. This is the second company I've tried to hire for a basement toilet overflow-which I noticed 4-22-2014. How long am I to wait for this problem and to get an estimate.

Description of Work: SunGlo performed about a $20,000.00 restoration for us paid through our insurance company due to water damage. Joanne was very detailed and quick to get the project started. Casey, the project manager, explained the whole restoration process and was great following up. They estimated that it would take (5) weeks to complete the project, but it only took (3) weeks until we were back in our home.... the house looks beautiful.

Description of Work: assessed and began cleanup of flood damage within 45 minutes of our calling them. Removed (and responsibly recycled) the carpeting, drained excess water in basement, thoroughly cleaned (with antimicrobial agents, etc.) and dried the concrete flooring beneath the carpet, waterproofed basement wall, replaced dry wall and molding as needed, provided contractors for new flooring, painted basement walls, followed up with us to make sure all work (including new flooring installation provided by contractor) was 100% satisfactory to us.
