Excellent. Josh and Devonn came to the house, they were on time, professional and got right to work. They took my husband and myself to the basement to explain exactly what they were going to be doing and then proceeded to start. We were also called in the am to have the service let us know they were on their way and exactly what time they should be arriving. Price was exactly as quoted..

They did a good job. They were very professional. The price was a little high but I felt I got what I paid for.

I had Josh and Devoinn clean air duct for my new house. They arrived on time in professional manner. They explained the whole process patiently and completed the job beautifully. They also focused on the details and kept my house clean at the same time. By the end of the day, I found out my air conditioner did not work so I called them. They returned my call and visited me the next day. Then we figured out that my husband had safety switch off to cause this. They are very nice team from customer agent to technicians. They made my day!

It went well because it was added/scheduled along with a company that put in a new furnace/ac for me and the price was added in the cost.

They arrived promptly at agreed on time. We had 2 cats running loose in the house (I should have put the cats in their crates) and they did what they could to minimize any chance for animal escapes. (No cats got out, fortunately). They worked efficiently and cleanly thoroughout the house. Very satisfied with the work.

Service was to take around one hour. I was to have before and after photos. They were here for no more than 1/2 hour, and no photos were taken.

Dan and Jeff were punctual, friendly, informative, professional and thorough. I had a prior bad experience with a different company where the company workers did not plug all of the holes when they were finished. I requested that they leave ceiling tiles open when done and show me that they had filled the holes. They not only willingly honored my request, but they plugged AND taped every hole! What a great job! They were also very careful with their equipment as they worked. They left my home neat and clean. I would highly recommend this company and these two men to friends and neighbors.

The cleaners were very professional and accommodating. The ducts and vents in each room were fully cleaned out. They sent a before and after picture that was shocking! I would recommend this company!

Received a call before the appointment to let us know that they would be arriving. Josh and Devoinn showed up and walked us through the process of cleaning, how the duct work would be accessed, and what areas of the house they would be entering. Both Josh and Devoinn were completely professional, wore booties on their shoes the whole time, covered areas with sheets where the vacuum hose would enter the house. The actual work cleaning all of the registers and then clearing all of the main lines took about 90 minutes. When they were finished, we were show the before and after pictures to demonstrate what was removed. I am extremely happy with the professionalism of the crew, the follow-up from the company, and the price that I paid for the work. I would not hesitate to recommend Amistee to anyone looking for air duct cleaning.

To be honest, I'm not sure if I would have this company do this service again. Although as I stated that Jake and Jeff were courteous, I believe that they might have been in a little hurry at the end. We were told that the Sanitizer / Deodorizer was performed after the cleaning was done, but again, we noticed nothing different, no scent of any deodorizer or any type of Sanitizer was detected. Also nothing was written down on the receipt stating that it was done. The following Monday we received a call asking if we were satisfied with the job that was done. I told her that indeed we were but refrained from saying anything about the fact that we could not detect any Deodorizer / Sanitizer. I asked her about receiving the pictures via email.she said that we could expect them on or about the eighth or ninth of May. Well today is the 12th and nothing in my inbox yet from Amistee. And finally, .... The weather here in Michigan happened to turn cold the last two days ( low at night in the 30's / 40's ) so when I set the thermostat back up to around 69 degrees, nothing happened ! The furnace never turned on. In the past, the Digital Thermostat I installed years ago seemed to acting up lately. So the first thing I thought was that the Thermostat seen better days, so I replaced it with a new one. After all, the furnace just got cleaned and everything was working fine just before that so it had to be the thermostat, right ? Well,.. no. After installing the new thermostat, the furnace still didn't work, at all ! Rechecked all the wiring on the thermostat, made sure that the power to the furnace was turned on ( it was ). I just couldn't figure it out, so we used the fireplace to substitute the furnace. Then today I remembered that while they ( Jake and Jeff ) were working, I happened to go downstairs to see what was going on. I seen that both covers to the furnace were taken off, and then i remembered that there is a Safety Switch inside the furnace so that if ever the cover was removed, the switch cuts the power to the furnace so it would never operate with the cover off. So I went back to the furnace, took the cover off, and found that they used black electrical tape wrapped around the safety switch as to run the furnace with the cover off ( could be normal procedure for cleaning ). I also noticed that the switch bracket was bent inward, so even if the cover was on, the switch would still have the power cut off. So I took off the tape and pulled the bracket back to the correct position, put the covers back on, and voila' furnace was back up and running. So as I said early, I think they were in a little bit of a hurry.

Experience was just as expected. Arrived on time, performed services as described. Even provided before and after pictures.

The gentlemen arrived on time, covered their shoes, were very pleasant and polite, answered ALL my questions, pointed out some issues I didn't know I had, finished on time.

Was well worth the money. We had a few changes in scheduling due to my wife's availability, then a scheduling issue with Amistee. That was no big deal. Whn the date was finalized, the technician (Barry) and his helper (Rob) showed up as scheduled to do the job. They were very professional, took good care of the house as they performed their work. They explained what they saw and what they were doing; my wife was also e-mailed photos of our ducts before and after the cleaning. The coupon from Angie's lish was honored with no questions asked. Altogether, a good experience.

Our allergies actually got worse after they came. Like they stirred stuff into the air. Our carpet around our vents were really dirty after they left, and there was a ton of debree on our table in our bedroom from where they cleaned our return vent above it. It definitely doesn't seem to me like this should have happened. Very disappointed in the quality and result of something that costs so much money. That being said, the two gentlemen that came were very professional and nice.

From the initial phone call everything went smoothly. The office staff is kind and very very helpful on the phone. There are no surprises. Everything is explained and upfront. The team of Dan and Jeff arrived on time, as scheduled. Dan explained everything. Both men wore protective boot coverings when walking on my floors (which I find refreshing, considerate and a sign of respect). Seeing we had pets, Dan gave me a helpful suggestion on the best place to put our cat so she wouldn't escape (he explained that the hose to the truck would keep the door ajar and she might try to bolt once that started working). Once the job was completed I was shown everything, the access points, the plugs, the furnance. Also, while accessing the various vents, Dan asked for permission when entering every room which I appreciated. Highly recommend this company!!

It was $69 for the dryer vent cleaning. Overall, it was a good experience. They were there on time, they were very careful to make sure that they covered up their shoes when they came in and they told me where they're going to be working and they explained how they were going to make some little holes in some of the ducts to get the equipment in, they explained the process very well, they were in and out in a couple of hours, actually it took a little bit more time than I thought they might take which isn't a bad thing, they were very thorough. There was a minor problem and that was when they left and I went downstairs, I found that a bifold door that had been hanging on the wall had been broken off and it was propped up against the doorway and nobody mentioned it to me that it had broken off. It wasn't an important door, it wasn't a great door but I thought somebody should have mentioned it to me that somebody had accidentally broken it in the process of dragging the hoses through into the furnace. I'm sure it was one of those hoses going around the door that cut the door and pulled it down and it couldn't have been for back up because it has actually broken, my husband had to repair it. The good thing was that the staff was really good about calling and making the appointment and letting us know when they're going to be there and then calling back afterwards to see how the experience was and when I told them about the door that was broken, they offered to come out and repair the door and I told them that had already been taken care of, but they did attempt to take care of it. They did call to see how pleased I was with the job and if there were any problems. I am debatable about whether or not to use them again in the future. We were planning to have some ducts cleaned in our house and I'm thinking that I would probably look around to see exactly what this count of ducts means before and if I could find somebody maybe that I have a little bit lower pricing to do the job for us, I might go with somebody else.

Dryer vent was 65.00 and whole home ducts was 395.00 for 1200 square feet. I had a 50 dollar off coupon that I used. Company came and performed as promised and followed up with a phone call the next day to ensure satisfaction.

From Start to finish these folks were awesome. I filled out the request online and within the hour customer service had set up the appointment. She was able to quote me services right on the spot and I was able to use a coupon from Angie's list. When the technician's were running a few minutes behind at the job right before mine, I received a call (an hour before) to let me know. I also received a call as the technicians were on the way. Communication was great. Dan and his partner (Jim) arrive just a couple minutes late. As they were getting set up, Dan explained the process to me. They took before and after pictures to show the improvement. When they checked the furnace filter, they had found it hadn't been changed in almost 4 years (and the filter looked it - Yuck). They had a replacement filter available and I had them install it. It took a little less than the two hour (quoted) time to complete everything. I would highly recommend Amistee Air Duct Cleaning to anyone needing air duct cleaning services.

I was pleasantly surprised when I came home. There was no sign they had been. They were prompt, got the job done and did not leave a mess. I have far less dust in my home now. Whether i imagine cleaner air or not, I'm content!
