Medical Care Alert

They sent a medical alert system in the mail. They were nice. The device cost about $450. My husband wears the device, I wanted to make sure he was safe. He hasn't had to use it yet. We make sure it is all charged up. It would have been nice for them to call to ask how how it is going.

I did set something up for my mother who lives in a different state. It was fine. They did what they were supposed to do and she is continuing to use their product. My sister sent me the information to follow up which I did. A woman name Christine was very helpful. She answered a lot of questions. My mom had some problems setting off the alarm accidentally and they helped her somewhat with that. They continue to send me emails all the time which I am not happy about but i mean I guess that's what they do for their business. It was more expensive than what my mom had before but it also has for outside her home and everywhere else. They sent it when they were suppose to send it.

I got it a couple of years ago and use it. It's been quite satisfactory. I thought the price was quite reasonable. There is a modular that works with the phone system. I wear a monitor so that if I have a problem, I can punch a button and get a reply. It is on a landline phone. I don't have covering when I am out of the area. I think they have done quite well. The price was one of the reason's I choose them. If I should run into a problem where I am semi incapacitated. I push a button, and it transmits an alarm message to the company over my phone system. They will call back, through the monitor I wear. I would hear on the monitor and be able to converse with them. So far I have only used it as a test or accidentally pressed the alert. They were quick on the line back, and I was able to apologize and tell them accidentally triggered the alert. That gave me a feeling of confidence when I accidentally pressed it. I don't fault them for not having an emergency or being a complete waste of money.

I bought the product my mother uses it. After she had a heart operation in August, it's been almost a year now. I bought a medical alert attendant system whereas if she is in trouble if she feels any kind of illness coming on, if she feels it then, she just presses a button and get the police or ambulance out there hopefully. They charge $242 for the service for the year. Overall, I give them like a 7 to an 8 only because I haven't had the opportunity with having to press the button yet. So, I don't know in pressing the button; how the service would be, are they fast at getting someone there. So, I don't know that aspect. I just know that I bought the equipment. They were able to send it to me; they were able to help me install it and hook it up and go through the procedure with my mom and stuff like that. So, we haven't had to press the button yet, so I wouldn't know about that part. It was competitive with the other companies I was looking for. What made me go with them is that I spoke with someone who was in the same situation as myself who had an elderly parent and that's the product that they went with. I guess the main thing I wanted to know was when you press that button are they responsive? Do they send someone right away? Do they stay on the phone with you? Do they make sure that you get help? The person that got it for their parent said yes. So, that's why I went with them. The price is one thing, but I was more concerned about their service. The price was competitive, though, and the service according to someone that had them was excellent. Every time I call to get help, I was able to get help.

They mailed it to me. It is an onging service. There is no charge for the service. The fire department came. It was very embarrasing. I got out of the shower and I heard the siren coming in my street -- I live in a condo -- I heard it coming in and they stopped behind me. I got of out of the shower and was peeking out the window because some of my neighthbors have health issues. I thought one of them was in trouble. I started getting dressed and heard a voice downstairs asking if someone was in trouble. I am supposed to test the thing once a month but but not like that. They did respond quickly. It costs $549 a year and it covers me anywhere. If I go to Ohio -- I live in Tennessee -- and if I go to Ohio I am covered. I have never used it in Ohio.

I’m not real happy with it because it goes off when I don’t want it to, when I’m in a meeting, set my purse down or something like that. The machine works and they do call if something happens or they think something happens. I’ve never had them come out to help me. For the whole year if you paid it all at one time, it was $500 and something dollars. The price is quite high, it’s very high. I’m still using them. They answer when they think I’ve got a problem, but it goes off quite often when I don’t need them. I mean I haven’t needed them, period for a year. Their responsiveness is right on, “A” I guess.

It was pretty quick. Sometimes a minute or sometimes longer.

I haven’t had any problem with it at all. I’m still using them. The service is excellent, but it’s a little pricey. I got it online. I went to their website and talked to a person online. Then they called me and I talked to them on the phone. Then they sent everything out in a box. It was no problem to set it up and that was it.

It worked out fine. The price was exactly what they had on their website. Their price was comparable to everything on the market. They did what they said they would do. I would use them again. They were very helpful online, helping me get the system set up and tested. Everything worked the way they said it would.

They respond appropriately but it is too expensive.

The service turned out fine. It's $90 a month. Yes, I will continue to use them, I have been using them for quite awhile now.

The work has been good and we have had not problems. Very good communication with customer care. I can't think of a thing they need to improve on.

The service was responsive and dependable.

People have been courteous and helpful. There was only one week where there was a mixup in the test, and I had to wait until Monday to talk to customer service, as they are not open on Sunday.

It has been working so far. The response time is very good.

She thought the pendant was too big and ended up no wearing it. However I would recommend this company but they are a bit pricey.

We haven't had cause to use it yet here. We've had it for quite some time just at a different location. We just put it at this address fairly recently. Everything is fine. We've had no problems. The one time I did use it somebody was at the house in 10 minutes.

The equipment was easy to set up, easy to use and easy for my Uncle to use. I recommend this company to people when ever the topic arises. Well worth the price of service, which I did not see as expensive.

We just did it online. We have not had to use them, we don't know, but it sure seems like it is fine. The price is fair. It is fair market.

We've been using them for four years. We pay between $300-$350 for the year. For the most part they meet the needs sometimes their administrative process are a little hard for seniors to follow. Their response to issues with the system have been excellent.

It's worked out very well. We pay $165 every three months. We have an ongoing contract. The staff is professional and explains well.

We use them, my husband uses the device around his neck. It's $256 per year. We've been using them for over a year now and they've been very helpful. I thought the price was very good for the whole year. They come right away. It's beneficial because he needs something inside and outside the home. If we move across the country, it follows us nationwide. If we had to tell them that we moved, they will update it accordingly.

So far, it's good. We are very happy with it. The price was average. We checked around and it was one of the most reasonable. It performed the function for what she needed. If she were to fall, she could hit the button and someone would come. I like everything about it so far.

The cost is about $300 a year. I thought they were really good and the workers are helpful. I feel confident with the unit.
