Medical Care Alert

Equipment sent to me in timely manner and I received clear instructions on setting it up. Their staff is helpful and fruit. I feel safer with this service.

They arrived promptly and we were impressed by the quality. However, my father passed away the day before the units arrived. We returned his unit as received with a copy of his death notice in the newspaper and have not heard anything about whether they received it or when the refund will be credited to us.

This is a much better service than our past one. I feel secure with there service.

She has done fine with it and it works outside anywhere in her yard which is a very nice feature. The people who work for this company are very nice & professional. The unit is somewhat expensive but has been great for Mom so far.

They delivered equipment and instructions how to use, then provided help by telephone when I needed it. They also furnished upgraded equipment on their own volition. They have never failed to respond properly to an alarm check.

She had a heart attack and broke 6 ribs/ pelvis and wrist. She lives alone and have used this service a lot.

They're a good service! It seems the biggest complaints with these services are that the call centers are sometimes outsourced, and Medical Care Alert is definitely good in this regard. Their rates are annual (you get a free month that way), and their pricing is very competitive. The only complaint I've had was when I had to change out the unit because I had just paid to change the batteries (and I ended up double paying). The service seems to be very responsive and I'll definitely stay with them for the foreseeable future.

They provided everything as they said they would. The instructions were very clear. And 4 days after we got the system up and running my mother-in-law fell ill and pressed the emergency button. The response went like clockwork. Medical Care Alert contacted EMS, who got the code for the key lock and were able to enter my mother-in-law's apartment and take her to the emergency room. We couldn't be more please.

The system arrived in a reasonable amount of time. In the process of setting it up, I inadvertently activated it. An operator called within a minute and was most courteous when I explained what had happened. I also called the customer service line with a question about filling out the registration form, and again the person I talked to was patient and helpful. The system is not as sophisticated as some I've seen advertised, (the reason I marked it down in quality) but I feel it is sufficient for what indeed.

THEY ARE INFORMATIVE, HELPFUL , PROFESSIONAL. WE HAVE NOT HAD TO UTILIZE THIER SERVICES FOR AN EMERGENCY AS OF YET

Have had this service for about a year. I chose these folks because they basically offered all the same bells and whistles as their (unnamed) competitor, at half the price. They send the equipment which you install yourself with the aid of instructions. It was easy for me to set up my mother's equipment. My conversations and emails with Customer service since installation have been professional, friendly and thorough.

I have only had to test once a month but they respond and can tell me my location. I have the mobile geographical positioning system version. I have a necklace and a bracelet and find both to be useful based on my needs for the day.

I called to cancel their service for my mother-in-law that was xferd to assisted living.They were always helpful when I would periodically check |to make sure the system was working and very helpful to explain what I needed to return as far as equipment. |

We received the system within two days and tried to set it up to no avail: however, I'm a complete klutz with electronics and called on my son. He set it up and it wouldn't go on until he turned the base station over and found the on button. The system works like a charm and we are very happy taking Angie's "A" rated suggestion - Bravo to you folks.

Excellent customer service. No pushy sales person. Equipment arrived was easy to install and test.

I called them on the 07/18/2014 to order the unit and they told me that it would be here on 07/21/2014. I have not yet received my package and when I called to today to see where it was this morning, she stated that she would track it down and call me back to tell me where the package was but I still had not heard from her.

Never had to use for an emergency.

Medical alert tested regularly, always professional and curtious. Have not had to use it for a real emergency yet.

If you exchange one system for another with the same company you don't have to pay for shipping. If you cancel with one company and go with another, you do have to pay for return shipping.

was very easy to rder system over phone. arrived very quickly,easy set up per very easy to follow instructions. my only gripe was the company never calls you back to follwup on how the system is doing. in a eay tats good because you are not bothered but it would be nice to receive a call at least once a year o followup with the customer. per instructions the company recommends you test the system once a month by calling them ahead of time before testing.we never did test system with them fo about months and never received a call from the company. but overall system works great. had no technical problems. very good high quality equipment. may not be as high tech as the Phillips system but for the monthly cost very reasonable. provides peace pof min if you can get your parent to use it.

That worked out fine for both of them.

My mother has used this provider for over one year. Any issues are solved quickly and professionally by their customer service staff. We recently had issues with the phone connectivity due to the way the cable service was setup. They had a workaround and made certain the medical care system was working properly
