She and her team do an excellent job and I highly recommend them. Kathy is always very responsive via text and has been flexible with my dates when I've needed it. She and her crew are always punctual and very reliable - she even sends me a text the evening before to remind me she's coming (which is always a happy part of my week!). They do a FANTASTIC job and always go over and above what I've asked. My house is spotless, my hardwood floors shine, my kitchen sparkles, and my bathroom is white again. I priced a number of cleaning services in the area and found her prices to be very competitive - and worth every penny.

They were exceptionally accommodating when setting up my appointment for an estimate. I found this entirely refreshing after dealing with other companies that simply tell you when their coming, typically a time spanning several hours. The very next day, right on time, Jason and Kathy arrived to walk through the house with me. As we walked I mentioned those items being of most concern, as well as those to omit. I very much appreciated that they made my concerns their concerns. A pleasant divergence from a typical company that simply tells you what they will do and how it will be done. Before they even left I was confident enough to schedule a cleaning for the following week. The day of the cleaning, again right on time, a team of two arrived and brought in various supplies. They were very friendly and after talking with them briefly I felt totally at ease allowing them to go through my home unattended. They began cleaning and I was quite surprised at how quietly they worked, making essentially no sound other than a vacuum. What I appreciated most was that they sought me out to ask how I'd like some of the more antique and/or delicate items handled. They worked for roughly 3 hours during which I actually forgot they were there at times. Before leaving they asked if I'd like to make sure everything was done and done properly. So as they took their supplies back to their car I walked through each of the rooms. Nothing was left unattended and the entire house looked fantastic. After having just read my review it should be apparent that I would certainly use them again. The truth is, I've already setup the time and day they will come on a bi-weekly schedule, lasting indefinitely. I just know appreciate and enjoy not having to canstantly be cleaning. Especially now that summer vacation is upon us and the kids will be home all day to add to the mess.
