    My 21 year old furnace quit working in March during the cold spell.  I used an electric heater to keep 1 bedroom bearable. 
The rest of the house was becoming very cold.  I called Burns Heating but they don?t service my brand. 
I contacted the supplier for a service call.  They came out and found a burnt up induction assembly. 
He estimated it would be $ 900.00 and take about 2 days. A new furnace would be $ 2900.00.     
I called Burns Heating just to get another estimate.  Tim Burns came out and during the estimate
took a look at the old furnace induction motor and thought they might have one like it in their scrap used parts.
He removed the assembly and suggested I take it to their shop to see.  His estimate on a new furnace was much lower
than the competition and I agreed to replace the furnace.  It would be done in 2 days, but the house
was very, very cold.  So I met Tim at the store and Ken Burns had found a similar assembly, but it would not fit my
furnace.  They decided they could tear down both units and exchange the motors. 
This took about 35 minutes of both of them working on it.  They tested it to make sure it worked properly.   
     They did this for no charge! 
I took the unit home and installed it on the furnace and it ran fine. 
Two days later the installation guys came.  They were prompt, efficient and professional.  All the people working there were pleasant, helpful and cooperative.

The repairman was very pleasant, and friendly.  It took him only a few minutes to diagnose the problem, although he did not have the part in stock he ordered it and called when it came in.  We set up a second appointment and he came back and installed the board and a capacitor.  He was efficient and did the repair in a timely manner.   We were pleased.  I recommended Burn's to my neighbor and he called them for a furnace repair and reported he would also recommend them.

As I said very timely and great work.

After a power surge, the AC was not operating. We called as soon as the opened at 8am, and they were at the house before noon. They were very courteous and professional. They quickly determined that the transformer need replacement. They had the right replacement part in the truck and quickly had the unit back up running. They charged $24 for the part, which actually seemed reasonable unlike some of the heating and cooling companies that I've dealt with in the past. I'm very glad that we decided to go with Burns Brothers.

I'll give them all As. The price and quality of their work were really good. I will use them again in the future.
