I have used this provider before and all was well, so I called them again. I guess the company got really big because they did not answer the phone or call me back for the first 2 or 3 days after I left a message. After I finally received a phone call back from someone, I was able to schedule an appointment, however, it was 2 weeks away. I said I would deal with the 2 weeks because the service person I got the last time was really nice and professional. Anyway, someone finally came out and said that our problem was we needed a new PF Cartridge. The plumber said that he would order us one. After about a month and a half of no phone calls, I called them back. A man answered the phone and I told him my problem. He said, "Oh, no one called you back?" I told him, "No." He said that the part they received was plastic and they didn't want to use that one. I was upset and said that he could have called me and told me. The man on the phone said that they later found out the part only come in plastic, but someone should have called me back. I told him that since they already have the part there, can someone just come out to install it. The man on the phone waited about 5 seconds and said that they don't actually service residentials anymore. He continued to say that they make more money doing the plumbing for home building jobs. I told him that I understand you want to make more money, but if I would have been told this the first time, I wouldn't have wasted my time. He said, "Well, I'm sorry you wasted your time, then." and he slammed the phone down on me. Well, I guess that my little $150.00 job was not important to this company. Why put on the website that you do residential customers, but you don't? Why accept a job if you do not want to do it? Plus, don't get mad at the customer because you didn't act in a professional manner and wanted to make more money doing other jobs. You should have said so in the very beginning. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. He really made me feel, as the customer, that I didn't matter.

This happened on a Saturday evening and the owner himself came right over. I did have to pay for a weekend service call and it was a little higher than I liked but in the end it was worth it. I really thought he did a fabulous job.
Description of Work: I needed to have a drain unclogged in both my kitchen and front bathroom sink and they were able to fix them.

THEY CAME RIGHT OUT TO DO THE JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALL WORE UNIFORMS WITH NAME TAGS SO I KNEW WHO I WAS TALKING TO. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
