Description of Work: I heard scratching in my attic. He climbed all around my large low attic searching for signs of nests, found the hole in a vent where something could get in. Set traps, returned 2-3 times to check on them, and caught a squirrel. Found evidence of mice, set poison all around. Said he could repair hole for a charge or told us what to do. All has been well since.

Description of Work: Kept hearing noises in the attic. Animal Pro came out, baited for mice, and closed up a small hole. About a month later we were hearing noises less often, but still hearing them occasionally. They came out again, no extra charge, made sure the bait was working, and found another hole elsewhere. They even took care of a yellow jacket problem on the same visit without charging extra. They also extended the service call for an extra 30 days, but fortunately we haven't heard any noises since. Very happy with the service and I'd definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Sprayed for Carpenter Ants. Stated if it didn't take care of the problem they would come back. He responded quickly to my phone call, the guy that came out was very professional and friendly told me exactly what he was doing and answered my questions. Went well, has only been a month but have had no issues with ants so far. Would call him again.

Description of Work: We called Animal Pro after hearing a loud gnawing sound behind a wall vent in our bedroom. Joe came and checked for outside openings with an extension ladder and looked in the attic. He found a "construction gap" and saw squirrel tracks in the attic. He immediately set traps and he or Justin, his assistant, came every day (to check "live" traps) and every other day when rat traps were set. They called every morning that a visit was planned to give us a 2-hour window of when to expect them. After coming back 4 times, they never caught anything. They removed the traps and sealed the opening. If they had caught any animals, the price would have been $60/animal. As it was, we were only charged the cost of the first visit and have a 30-day guarantee. The guys were very nice and professional and we would definitely call them again, if needed.
