We called him the week before Easter, to schedule a time when he could come out and assess our job. He told us that Easter weekend would be tough, but perhaps the next weekend would work. He would talk to his wife and call us back. Two weeks later, Fred had blown through both proposed weekends without a word, so we called and left a message. A week after that, with no response to our voice mail, we called and left another message. I guess they must be very busy, if they can't even extend the courtesy of following up on business they had solicited in the first place.

Fred Knight came out to assess our home for a deck. My wife and I didn't want anything to extravagant, just a basic deck. He was very easy to talk with and understood our needs. He said he would get back with us in a couple of days. After 2 weeks had passed and I haven't heard anything I sent him an email. He responded that he was back up with work because of the Michigan weather, and that was very understandable. He would get back with me after the weekend. Unfortunately after 2 more weeks we still haven't heard from Fred. So unfortunately my wife and I went another direction. The initial meeting was very positive. It's to bad with the weather and his backlog of work prevented him from getting back with me.
