We had a circuit breaker that kept tripping and so we called Richard's Electrical. Chris was able to get out to our house the same day. He determine where the problem was, and fixed it within an hour. He was professional and courteous (took his boots off before entering the house). His work was quick and thorough. I had them install a generator plug to my house so I could run my portable generator to my essential appliances.Chris was my electrician. He was very kind and thorough. Answered all my questions. The install was very clean and neat. Above my expectations. Communication was excellent from him he called everytime and gave me a window of when he was gonna be there. Kelly and Chris were amazing at returning phone calls, explaining services but most of all suggesting calling DTE first to save the customer a service call in case it was something DTE could fix instead.
